Does what it says. It is basic castor oil to help thin RCMA foundations to a light consistency. The advantage is that it is pretty cheap for how far it goes. One drop per application. It will last forever! It is packed in a tight-sealed, small plastic dropper bottle when makes it very, very convenient in a MUA bag. Nothing like cleaning up an oily spill. This product is a must have in every cosmetic toolbox. My daughter and I mixed this with concealer, and found foundation, and it worked flawlessly in both mediums. This enables us, to use our current foundation and concealer without having to purchase a summer and winter color . This will be a staple in our collection!

I bough this for a foundation I had that seemed a bit too thick for my liking. I put a little foundation in the palm of my hand and literally one drop of the liquid and it was the perfect consistency and went on smoothly and lasted all day!

I bought this to mix with a new bottle of face makeup that was too thick. It worked great as a thinning agent The plastic bottle was sealed but leaked all over had to wash off my hands twice along with the bottle before I used it
