Great item. Fits well, doesnt slide. Sound quality is very good. Had problems using the dongle, so use wifi only with no issues.Would by again

Love the comfort of how it feels on my ears! I WFH & using these headsets for 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week, helps me through my work schedule. It has dual connection as well. I haven't tried it using them on my phone but they are clear & the noise cancelling mic is perfect!! I can watch TV or listen to music while on the phone with a customer without them hearing my background! The mute button helps me when I to mute myself! I have an not so new laptop so I had to purchase a dongle, but it still works perfectly

These are very comfortable. The sound quality is excellent for calls. The mic quality is awesome.The issue is that several times now in the week I’ve had them, they get stuck on mute. Then you cannot power them off for some reason to reset them. This happened using them wireless to the usb-c dongle and wired on a windows PC. I had to unplug the dongle, plug them into the pc to get them to power off. Then it happened while connected wired. Had to unplug them to get them to power off and reset. These have a SERIOUS FLAW and cannot be used for work.Happened twice when a call came in at work. Mute stuck. Customer cannot hear me. They hung up. That could get me FIRED. Happened again while in Teams meetings.I wanted to love these but I cannot recommend using these in a work setting at all.

Battery time is shorter than expected but still useable and the sound quality is better than I thought it would be. I purchased these for my wife and she is very picky about headphones, she says the headphones are comfortable and light weight while setup was very easy for her. all in all they do what they were purchased for.

I love the ear cushions on my headset don't put too much pressure to where my glasses are hurting me. I love how it tells me I have a call coming in when I am on mute and how I am able to clean and do dishes while assisting my clients. Battery life is great, works amazing , quality is phenomenal and fits like a glove and easy to use

Sound quality is decent, mic has a good notification led of when your muted, not very heavy so you can wear it for a while without that ear fatigue, range is great, sometimes have to turn it off and on again to reconnect it.

Worked great for about a month then lost audio coming out the same side as the mute button. I work from home so I use the mute button quite frequently but after about a month of use the side with mute button is not outputting audio but I can hear audio for just a moment if I jam the mute button really hard but reset it numerous times and it appears to be a hardware issue like I said I do use the mute button frequently but I’m not hard on them at all

Love these headphones, definitely the best work headphones. Great for at home or in the office. Very easy to use and easy to connect via Bluetooth or USB Dongle. With a push or one button I’m on mute, The red light ensures that. Long lasting battery. Great sound quality and noise cancellation. Others can hear me perfectly clear.
