I was skeptical when I bought these, but they not only have a reliable, brilliant red dots, the flashlights were great themselves! It's important not to shine the laser dots into the cat's eyes, and this can happen accidentally in total darkness. The white light is a great nighttime light and has a large, spotlight effect. As a flashaholic, myself, I'm not easily impressed. But I was surprised. These aren't GREAT lights, but they were very much useful lights, not only as a toy for cats, a few of these in a drawer with some batteries would come in handy during electrical outings.

These are great! And the little toy mouse that came with them was instantly adored by my kitten! I really like that they can be flashlights (pretty good light output, considering they're 2 for this price!) or laser pointers! The kitten just watches the laser dot kind of confused, while my older kitty loses her mind every. single. time. It's amazing the height she can reach while chasing the dot up a wall! I also like that you can replace the batteries, because normally, the ones with internal batteries die very quickly. Solid product!

This unit is great! Find a buddy that has a cat or a weird need for a laser pointer and split the cost! Our little cat loves the toy that came with it. Our big cat seems unimpressed by the toy, although unless something is food or a nap he is uninterested. The pointer has a secondary flashlight function which is useful for checking any cat scratches or bites if you are using this in the dark and let the laser run across your foot (or your wife’s leg).

Both the cat and dog looked at me like I was stupid when I tried to play with them with this laser. There was zero interest from both of them. The only saving grace is the laser has a second function as a flashlight so although it failed as a toy we can still use it. Also it is a very strong laser so if you have use for it as a pointer for a presentation it would do well.

I like that I was able to add a toy, I love how sleek it is. It doesn’t come with batteries. Each one only needs one double A battery and I love that there’s two options. The laser and the spotlight I definitely recommend this to anyone needing a laser for their cats or kittens!

First off, there are 2. Everyone in the house wants to play with the cat, so its double the fun. Our cat LOVED that mouse toy that came with it! She was after that thing for hours! I love that it is flash light as well as a pointer light right on one switch. The case isn't heavy.2 for 2 for with this set and a very reasonable price.

This was great for the price. I was super surprised. I was also happy that it took regular batteries rather than watch batteries so I didn't have to make a special trip to the store. My kittens thought this was sorcery. Also, you get two (2).

I feel bad for having my cat run around after something that's not really there, but he doesn't seem to mind at all, even after he figured out it's just me shining a light. He's just really happy to play with it and even meows for it.
