Great to use, this is the second set I have purchased. The best for vegetables and salads. VegetThey keep their sharpness. The first I purchased 3 years ago.

Very sharp does the job. I still managed to lose one despite bright green handle lol

These are fantastic little knives. However, be aware these are beyond sharpe! I kept bleeding without realising that I had cut myself. Sounds daft but they are so sharpe that you can cut yourself easily without any feeling at all ! So be careful where you store them. I know keep mine in a small box in the knife drawer

These Victorinox knives are so sharp and so useful for every cook. I have been using them for all my years in restaurants kitchens and still can't do without. Highly recommended

A chef friend who has worked and owned some of the best restaurants in Europe over a 40 year period put me onto Victorinox Knives. I have been using them for 37 years and can say for the price they are better than could be expected. They out perform much more expensive knives. They make great presents as has this last purchase.
