Small space heater
Excellent product. I used this in our bathroom on my RV, and it warms the area quickly. Because it operates on 120V I do not program it unless we are parked with shore power for an extended period. I totally recommend this product.

Surprisingly Great
Bought this little guy to use in my retrofitted closet bathroom lol. Literally, used to be a coat closet now it's a 1/2 bath in a 4x4 foot space. No heating was installed since the house has steam heat and would have cost 10x more to plumb and install a radiator into this afterthought. Dealt with the frozen cheek to seat problem for years and years. Till one day I removed the radiator in the full bathroom upstairs to open up space and add more utility , and replaced it with a very nice smart electric heater. Then I thought, there's got to be a tiny little smart heater for the standing coffin bathroom downstairs. That's when I found this guy. It's perfectly safe to leave running on Temp controlled setting all day, just make sure you have it in a GFCI plug. This thing is very much dangerous on the P1 setting. Don't even use it. It tripped my GFCI instantly. I suspect that's where most of the bad reviews are coming from. Temp controlled setting uses half power and it is somewhat accurate to the temp setting. Also don't put this anywhere where a child / fur child may touch it. Or do it. Because they'll only ever touch it once. The grill covering the element is really just another element since it's a half inch away from the element lol.It never turns off really. Because by the time the fans are done cooling down there element after the temp setting is met.. it'll just read that the temp setting is low enough again and turn the element back on. Not a big deal. White noise is nice. And it's just spinning a tiny fan for half the operating time, I'm not going to be one of the other weirdos and cry about the whopping half penny of operating costs for this 'inefficiency'.

Works well, but fan stays on
This thing works really well in our upstairs half-bath that doesn't get any heat. So far, it's keeping it really warm in that small room. I took one star away because I don't like that the fan stays on, even when it's not heating. It's not a big deal, but it just seems like a waste of energy. I had another wall heater like this that shut off when it got to temp. Unfortunately, I was afraid (for good reason) that one was going to burn my house down. So I'll take this one that keeps the fan on a hundred times over my old one that was unsafe. This one right here has a build that feels very safe to me.Some things to note if you accidentally throw your instructions away, like I did. There are 3 different modes you can set this for: P1, P2, and thermostat with a set temp. P1 and P2 constantly pump out heat at different power levels. So what you probably want is to cycle it to the temperature thermostat and leave it there until it stops flashing. Then you can tap on the right or left to change the temperature setting. I left mine on P1 for like a day before I figured out how the settings work. I'm sure it's all in the instructions, but that doesn't help if you do something stupid like I did and accidentally throw them away! This is really a great choice for a small room. It works well, and it's safe.

This is a fire hazard!
I wasn't expecting much from this tiny little heater, yet I was very disappointed.First, it is an extreme fire hazard. I would not leave this on in a room unattended for any length of time. The outlets it was tested on became very warm/hot quickly, and the front of the heater gets extremely hot. If this was to fall out of the outlet is would at the minimum burn whatever surface it lands on, if not start a fire. If you had or pet brushes against it, you will get burned.Secondly, I don't think the thermostat works. I tried multiple variations, and the heater runs for a few minutes, and when I would check later it would be blowing cold air and the tiny bathroom was still cold. Finally, it doesn't even function as a basic heater. I had very low expectations for the heat output when I purchased it, but this thing didn't even increase the temperature in a slightly chilly room by a few degrees. I tested it in a VERY tiny bathroom. My hairdryer in the morning heats the bathroom up more. This puts out less heat and the same if not more of a fire hazard equivalent of leaving a hairdryer on in your bathroom unattended. Not to mention all of the tacky labels and GIVE BEST plastered on the thing.

Not 800 Watts. Won’t heat much
Good heat but doesn’t blow much air. Might be ok for an under desk heater or a shoe box. Nowhere near 800 watts of heat. My meter showed 319.5 watts at its peak.

Great wall heater. Even better customer service.
I got the unit earlier this year. Used it for my back bedroom. Can set it for temperature, or P1 or P2 (low/high). Remote to control it and I really like the audible beep to know it got my setting from the remote.Unfortunately, the fan had an issue when starting. It clears after a few seconds and works normally. I reached out to customer support (GiveBest and Brightown are the same). Excellent customer service. Sent a video of the issue and they sent me a new unit. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Don't last very long
I've purchased several of these in the last 2 years, along with a couple other brands of low wattage wall mount heaters. The Givebest units did a good job for me for awhile - I really like the high/low settings. The fan was fairly good, but here's my problem with them - the fans have crapped out on nearly all of the units I purchased. I contacted the company, but got no usable response - wound up trashing them. Started good, but didn't last long. I prefer the Hunter/Good Housekeeping units I purchased - better heat & still running.
