Awesome earbuds, really exceptional for the price. I spent days researching quality wireless earbuds that didn't sound terrible (like most wireless earbuds). To give you an idea of why you should believe that these are high sound quality, I purchased NX3T's first. Cool concept, terrible quality all around minus bass. Next I bought Amp Airs from Sol Republic. Awesome bass, extremely low quality everything else. I gave up and said, please just let me find a pair of decent wireless earbuds. Then I found these. I was weary of the whole sound quality guarantee. Sounded gimmicky. And I was pleasantly extremely wrong. These are in fact amazing quality. Deep bass, no scratchy high notes, mids are a little airy but only barely noticeable on extremely acoustic/guitar riffy songs. I am so glad these earbuds exist, I finally found high quality, WIRELESS earbuds. The earpieces take getting use to but they stay secure. I would say these are ideal for those who have a picky taste of sound. Certainly not workout earbuds, alot of chords will be around your neck. These are hidden gems folks, these deserve much more attention!

Update: Returned the product.I could not deal with the aggressive, repetitive disconnect warnings.I would taken them out of my ear and walk to get coffee/ bathroom and I can hear the loud disconnect warning every few seconds. Over and over and over. I would take them off and leave them at my desk if it was easy to put them back on.It became too much of issue... I'm sad about returning because the sound quality was good.Trying it for 2nd day.Pros:Good sounds, aptX, (AAC?)Bluetooth and wired cables!!Pouch/case included with bunch of extra tipsTips are comfortable in earStable in placeCons:Stuttering on Macbook Pro and iPhone that have not had with other BT headphones. It eventually goes away (may be a source problem in my case)Cables setup is weird, not forgiving. If cable is twisted only 1 turn on one side, the buttons sit on chest facing the chest.Although earbuds sit on clavicles when not in ear, putting them back requires looking and rotating to get it right.Disconnect warning are anything but gentle.

ProsExcellent fit right out of the box. The installed foam tips provide a good seal and do not become uncomfortable even after wearing for several hoursClever design hiding the batteries and charging components in a necklaceGood sound. I don't have the ears to call myself a true audiophile, but these sound good. They're every bit as clear as the MEE M6pros that I was using for the last 3 years, and with better bass response.Pair easily with multiple devices. I do have to put them back into pairing mode to get them to move back and forth between my macbook and my iphone, but they still execute this shuffle much more nimbly than other bluetooth audio devices I have owned.I can lay on my side without discomfort or occlusion of sound. These are low enough profile that they're very comfortable for a side sleeper.ConsThe magnet that clasps these headphones behind the neck is not strong enough. It comes easily undone with a little tug, so I do worry about losing them while doing something active. Also, I like to fall asleep with these and they tend to get tugged off as I move in the night, so I usually have to hunt for them in the morning. I'll probably install a secondary clasp to keep them more securely held at some point.Could have installed a bigger battery. They figured out such a clever way to conceal the battery and controls, but the headphones only have about 5 hours of battery.Irritating "battery low" warning starts talking at you about 10 minutes before the battery dies, every minute or so repeating the same message. I'd much rather the warning go once, and then they just die when they die. Instead, I have to listen to the low battery warning for the last 5-10 mins of juice that i could be listening to uninterupted music.Overall, great set of headphones. The price is a bit steep for what they are, but I'd buy them again!

UPDATE:I was contacted by this products customer service to ensure my happiness with the product. They walked me through a return process and within a week I had a replacement shipped to my door. The new headphones work great so far and the sound is still good. Happy with this company and their productFirst of all, I was very happy with these. The concept to be able to switch to wired from Bluetooth was great in case I wasn't in a place to recharge them. But this didn't last long. After just a couple of months, when trying to switch from Bluetooth to wired, I was having trouble disconnecting the Bluetooth mechanism as it was stuck on the earpiece. Then as I pulled off the wire at the base, it broke and stripped. No more Bluetooth. There really should be a better way to switch wires.Furthermore, even though the sound is still good with the wired use, the right ear keeps going off with minimal head movements due to poor connection making it difficult to run or walk around with these on.In summary, I was happy with the sound for the price, but construction made them next to useless within a couple of months

Wonderful sound signature, great separation of instruments, lovely mid range tone. Ive always been a fan of British / European hifi separates, valve amps etc with their warm, coloured sound and less keen on the rather clinical, hyper-detailed but ultimately wearing Japanese sound. So for me these earphones are terrific. Particularly when used with the foam earbuds, which are noticeably better than the silicon ones. Maybe not quite up to hyper-critical hifi listening, but wonderful as a walking and travelling companion. I even prefer their tone to my B&W C3s.No problems with the magnetic clasp. Battery warning is annoying, but I usually charge each night and so rarely have this issue. Robustness is fine, some 3 months in after purchase.

Product came with a faulty right earbud. No sound, and after closure inspection it was clear that the right driver had the connector inserted too far. The left was fine, easy to remove and clip back in. The right hand side, after minimal force removed with the connector still inside the right driver.I’m not here to shoot down these IEM’s, not every product comes without a fault and I appreciate that I’m just genuinely unlucky.However, even if they did work, I found that the magnetic connector was just too weak and that was another major issue for me. It seems to disconnect with minimal force.Returned through Amazon’s refund process as of tomorrow.

High quality sound output, and a really beautiful design. I couldn't praise the customer service any more, very helpful and understanding. I have recommended these earphones to my family and friends

The left earphone stopped working on Bluetooth when i tried to swap to wired they never clicked and just broke. Gone back to old headphones don’t believe all the marketing media on the web - waste of money

I have the Bose Soundsports, and they’re brilliant. But, I thought I would try these out, and was disappointed.
