I was trying to find a drop foot brace. Thatwas more discrete for the summer months. I bought this one. I really like it. I have an ankle this kind of bad as well. It helps support that I do have a big foot size 17 so I was looking for a little bigger base, but I’ve learned to Put my foot in with the toes are more toward the end and it seems to work OK I still wish there was just a little bit bigger for my Bigfoot, but I’m getting ready to order another one. I like it enough. I’ve searched the Internet to try to find something a little bigger and different not able to find one and I’m pretty comfortable with the way this works and feels so I’m getting another one so I can wear this one to the beach get it dirty and have a clean when I go out

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a right drop foot that won't sit straight in a shoe. This product helps keepy foot straight significantly.

This has helped my drop foot a lot. I am not tripping anymore. It is very easy to put on and comfortable to wear. I would recommend wearing over your socks instead of directly on your foot.

Love the brace except the Velcro isn’t lasting very wellIt tends to come undone a lot!

It was recommended by my PT person. Fits perfectly on my size 10 foot. Holds up my dropped right foot, but is flexible and lets me operate the accelerator in my car. Do not need to get a larger shoe. It's a little thought to get the stocking on over the brace, but when I do the appearance is very satisfactory. I'm pleased with it and bought two more to have when I wash the one I'm wearing and when the velcro wears out, which many reviews have already commented. I'm pleased and recommend for anyone with a dropped foot.LATER EDIT: I purchased several for my right foot. One has poor Velcro; another has excellent Velcro. Both work for me because I wear a sock which holds the straps in place. I am very happy with the product. It allows me to press on the accelerator when I drive which a solid brace does not allow while holding up my foot when I walk.

I purchase these braces (right and left) to wear as a alternative to my afos which is made with titanium and comes up almost to the knee. I wanted something that would lift my foot while around the house in my slippers or house shoes. The concept is good, but the product fell a little short. 1. When I put a shoe on while wearing this brace, the brace would slide back. This felt uncomfortable and somewhat defeated the purpose. 2. The straps did not stay in place. I constantly had to stop and replace the straps. I wish they had worked for me, still searching for an alternative.

I have a foot drop, and I need a brace that is easy to put on and priced under $50. I got what I wanted with this brace. It's not too tight; however, you can loosen the brace if need be. I can wear the brace with my shoes, but that could vary depending on the shoes you have. I advise you not to do that. The brace felt a little off with my foot. I wear a size 8 wide in women's shoes.
