Excellent product. Take it very slowly, just a small amount and build up gradually. My body is very clean - ie I never need to use deodorant and there is no smell to my excrement. Ten years ago I would have laughed if someone had told me this was possible - but it is. Even I got an intense headache with my first teaspoon full, so I can imagine what it would do to someone who eats a lot of commercial food. Don’t let this put you off, the more highly processed food you eat - the more you need this product. After a week I experienced a psoriasis like rash in my upper body and face, I cut back my dosage till it subsided - don’t panic it’s a hertz reaction, perfectly normal. I used rosehip oil on areas and they disappeared quickly. I’m now in 3 desert spoons a day and my eye floaters have gone - I mean GONE!!! I feel totally energised, my minds working perfectly and focus and concentration are A1.I had a flu like cold - eyes and nose streaming - which I noticed when I took the earth it stopped and seemed to dry it up . I was feeling marvellous 2 days after getting it. I haven’t been ill for 4 years so this was only my 2nd illness in the last 10 years since cleaning up my diet. It works - changes your life. Multi mineral diatomaceous earth, is a natural mineral supplement.Easily dissolved in fruit juice or water. But unless you don't mind drinking chalk dust. Needs some flavour🙂Mineral supplementation is sadly lacking due to extensive Over farming of rain soils.Metallic Minerals in supplement form. Are only 5-10% absorbable once you pass 40-50 years old.Unless you include multi digestive enzymes in your supplement regime.Colloidal liquid minerals are 80-90% absorbable, and are in liquid, best from plants.(Fruit and Veg)But Over Farming strips the soil in 10 years or so.This Diatomaceous earth, will replace some lacking minerals in your diet😇😇😜

Giant size pack but could be a fad, I have stopped using them although I never had any problems when I did, but the idea of glass fragments scraping along inside parts of me I won't mention no longer appeals

This was my second order from them. Quick service, excellent product, great price! Take one tablespoon daily can mix with water or fruit juice taste is quite palatable. Use 10 days on 10 days off for 90 days to feel the most benefit.

Great for natural pest control of small to large insects from entering your house or keeping your veg patch bug clear. brilliant for flea and mite control on dogs or cats even stops mange better than most chemicals except a lime dip obviously.
