Plugand cable
The plug is fine, but the supplied cable doesn't fit smoothly into the phone or the plug. When compared to another USB C cable, the ends are a different size.

Wont charge when phone is completely dead
My battery was completely dead whenever I tried this charger but it wouldn't even charge after sitting for 20 minutes but it does super fast charge whenever the phone is turned on and has a bit of battery life a bit disappointed on that as I cant depend on it to charge my phone if I was out of the house and if my phone completely died

great charger replaced wife old one good value for money the connections fitted perfectly with phone

Charger
This charger does work it feels like it slowly charges but when I took it out the packaging it was really stiff / hard to move and hard to plug the wire into the plug and my phone. Otherwise than that it was packaged neatly and it was delivered with care.
