I was a little worried, because all the reviews on these were for "Christmas" and "Craft" projects. There were no reviews for Kitchen Twine or Trussing String. It was colored, so would the color bleed over on my meats?? Would it be strong enough to truss up heavy birds??A couple weeks ago, I thought I'd try something new with my Christmas Air Fryer (That I LOVE.) I flattened a couple chicken breasts and layed down a thin piece of ham and Swiss cheese on both. Then I folded them over. I was out of Cooking Twine, so I had to use "Toothpicks." Then after that, I dipped them both in egg and rolled them in Gluten free Italian Bread Crumbs. I used the Air Fryer and they were delicious, but because I had to use Toothpicks, the cheese oozed out of most of mine and I it ended up with mainly chicken and ham. It wasn't until I went to clean the Air Fryer, that I saw my Swiss Cheese had gone Under the Tray. GRRRRR!!!!.. That's My Cheese!!! So, today, after this came, we tried it again, with the Twine. Man, was that easier than trying to use toothpicks. They came out perfect and the strings easily came off, when I cut it in a couple of places. When I served them the last time, I tried to pull all the toothpicks out, before I plated them. My sister still found a toothpick in hers. She said if this had been a restaurant, it would have gone back. She's lucky, she got the one with the cheese.This twine is nice and strong. It doesn't have that "Hairy String Look" like some twine has and the colors don't seem to bleed. Best of all, my cheese stayed in the chicken. I'll be able to use it on my jars of Cherries & Peaches I can too, that I give out. I always like to hang cute little tags on them. I can see how these would work well for arts and crafts. So, even though I purchased this for cooking, It's a lot of string, so I'll be using some for other things. My sister asked if she could use a little to make a toy for Tina (the kitten.) Sure, anything to keep her out of things.Thank you for reading my review.

This cord is poorly made given the high price. About 4 yards into the red/white roll, the cord is loose, and switches from mostly white with red to mostly red with white (uneven spinning of cord) -- I am having to cut out large swaths of cord which are unusable -- very unhappy with this product given the very high price. I will not be ordering from this vendor again.

It is string. This one is Christmasie, Or Valentinesie. Or Saint Patrick Daysie... It's sturdy and needs to be cut with scissors but I wouldn't use it to tie your suitcases to the roof of your car... I used it tie hang ornaments made by Kindergartners.

When you cut this string the ends untwist/fray apart. I tied a small knot in the end of keep it from doing that, and that was fine for what I was doing. But if you don't want to tie a little knot to keep the ends together, don't buy this string.

Cute twine for tying around cardboard boxes. Plenty on the roll and easy to work with. The ends do start to unravel some when you cut it, so if that bothers you be prepared to tie a small knot or place a drop of glue to seal ends. Knocked off a star as the price was a smidge high for the amount of twine you receive.

I was looking for twine to tie together some little stacks of Christmas cookies. This product was perfect for it. It is just the right thickness. And the two rolls come very well packaged.

Good quality and great colors. Many uses, including gift wrap.

Twine has been used for wrapping presents for Christmas. Good strong twine. I will also be using the twine for crafting. I will buy this product again.

Not the best string, this took over a month to arrive, not thrilled.....
