I have been using this NIVEA SPF50 lip balm for a couple of weeks, and it provides excellent sun protection. My lips feel softer and more hydrated after application, and it seems to help prevent chapping even in windy conditions. I also like the size of the stick, which is compact enough to carry in a pocket or bag, making reapplication convenient throughout the day. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is that the texture can feel a little waxy at first, and it takes a few seconds to fully absorb. It is not unpleasant, but it doesn’t glide on as smoothly as some other lip balms I have tried. The fragrance is mild, which is nice, but those who prefer completely fragrance-free products might notice it. Great lip screen. Bought it alongside a well known Aussie brand competitor ( reviewed as well ) . This is so much better. No bitter taste and no dryness of the lips. Lasted well in a pocket in a hot environment.

Perfect. No sunburn so far. Use it on my nose too to top up spf as I have a worrying spot that dermatology keep an eye on.
