Good dermaroller for Acne scars
This is a great dermaroller for the price. As someone who has struggled with rolling acne scars since my teenage years, I definitely see improvement after using these. I actually Repurchased this twice. You will need to change the roller head for hygiene purposes but also the needles do get dull after a while. Easy to clean by soaking in alcohol. For the price, it’s a great product!

This is my first time using anything like this. So far so good. It doesn’t hurt at all and I have been using it on my lips. Seems well made and is super easy to use.

Love this item, use it with my hydrologic acid every day, I get more compliments on my skin looking younger every time people see me I am 66 years old. Winner I think.

Nicer than I expected
Arrived quickly. Seems to be the same quality as one I paid a lot more money for. I don't know how it will be in the long run but for now it was comfortable to use, rolled smoothly and was quiet. I suspect it is good value for money as long as you replace it every 60 days or so. Instructions were limited but helpful as to sterilization and use.

After using this, I’ve seen a Dramatic improvement. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Very great for on The. Go travel. I love how it’s so nice to use and has a case that comes with it. The size is awesome. It fits right in my purse. We’re on the go travel.

Minimal guidance but roller works
Hard to review something when results won’t show for weeks. It isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world. But not to the level of pain. A little more guidance on the long term use would be nice. Its instructional card doesn’t tell you how often to do it or alternate use instructions like for the scalp. The roller moves smoothly and it’s very easy to use. I can’t imagine a product that is more expensive could be and different so it seems to be a good deal.
