…well not everything. But I mean on my entire body. Not just my face. It’s a game changer. I’ve been using it on my thighs every night and I can’t believe the the difference it’s made with my cellulite. The only thing I’m not happy about is getting this thing right when summer is ending. Now that I want to wear shorts, and I want to show off my things….it’s too cold. But I’ll be the first one in them the second that sun pops back out! Trust me this thing is beyond worth it.

I’m on my second one of these. And again the product turns on but doesn’t vibrate. The same happened to the first one I ordered within 30 days so I exchanged it. Same thing just happened again but I’m just outside the 30 day return period but a few days. Do not recommend. Highly disappointed. I would rate this 0 stars if I could.

It has been charging all night and it does not turn on

Even if......it doesn't tighten my saggy neck and jowls, it feels nice to use.I'm not saying it doesn't (tighten my saggy neck and jowls), I just haven't had it long enough to tell yet; I'm saying that if nothing else, the massage it gives is nice.This turned on, out of the box.When you press and hold the power button, it emits a little musical tone and turns the unit on.The massage function turns on when you press the sort of y shaped bar to your skin and stops when you take it off. The light remains on.A short press changes mode/light therapy.A long press turns the unit back off and you get a different musical tone to confirm.This is a no-brainer to use while watching TV.While you can hear the massage motors, they are pretty quiet; to me, not at all obtrusive or annoying.The device itself appears to be well made of quality materials.A USB to micro USB charging cord is provided but no power plug.While charging there is a red LED battery icon on the front near the power button; it flashes during the charge cycle and becomes solid red when fully charged.A user manual is included that explains how and for what the device can be used.It also details the device itself and gives suggestions on the proper method to apply the device to each part of the face/neck (pretty much upward and outward - take *that* gravity!).The manual is both helpful and not helpful; needs a bit of a tune up.An example of that would be, after (while) using the device, it turned itself off.Is is supposed to do that?I don't know, nothing in the manual tells me; I suspect it is, so that we don't over do it with the lights on our skin....While you can use the device with cleaning products (toner, etc) and to apply moisturizers (etc.), we are directed not to wash it with water and not to have it in steamy or humid environments; it is not water/steam resistant/proof.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.
