Yes it's crunched up when I got it. But once you start to fill it it takes shape. The 3 storage containers aren't even full. Still have more to buy to fill it.. lol.. it's exactly like the photo. Others said they couldn't use it cause of wrinkles. Crazy. I love it. You've gotta stretch it out to the shape and it'll be just fine. It helped me go threw my makeup and throw stuff out. Every women that has alot of makeup and likes to store it away this is perfect..I can take this any where I'm going to stay hotel, friends house, family. I'm so happy..

This bag is perfect for transporting hair products to do my Mom's hair. It is nice and roomy with many compartments. The bag arrived with a tear and I reached out to the seller who was very timely with responding to my complaint and immediately sent out a replacement. Customer service is excellent and timely.
