Red Hot Reaper – Challenge Hottest Chip – Carolina Reaper Spicy Challenge - Stupidly Spicy Hot Chip

Our youngest boy loved this, loves his spice and getting everyone to try this too really made his day. Very spicy, not for the faint hearted!

Oh my lord. Had only half the chip and I was throwing up within a couple of minutes to everyone’s amusement. Great fun but I will never ever do another as long as I live. The devil is a crisp. The pain lasted about 30 minutes in all.

Yeh it was uhhh... something else. We split one of these between 3 of us, and 2 of us were left asking for forgiveness from Jesus (I suspect the person giving it the biggun and acting like it wasn't hot just swallowed it whole, in which case, we'll see who's laughing when the morning "movement" comes to pass. Honestly hottest thing I've ever eaten, was pure hell for about 10 minutes, followed by a feeling of euphoria once it tailed off (maybe even those spicy food endorphins you hear about). All in all, was a good laugh, give it a go 👍

So, I thought it would be a brilliant idea to tackle the Red Hot Reaper hottest tortilla chip challenge. Spoiler alert: I was wrong. My mouth exploded like a dragon had decided to take up residence. My taste buds filed for a restraining order, and I was left gasping for air like I’d just run a marathon… uphill… in the rain. And the afterburn? Let’s just say I spent the next hour alternating between chugging milk and questioning my life choices. I swear I saw my cat give me a judgmental look as I desperately tried to douse the flames. If you’re looking for a laugh, this chip is gold. If you’re looking for a snack, you might want to reconsider your life decisions. I’ve officially learned my lesson: some challenges are best left to the bravest of souls (or complete lunatics). In conclusion, if you want a chip that’ll make you question your existence and potentially call for emergency services, the Red Hot Reaper is your guy. Just don’t say I didn’t warn you! 🌶️💔

Well, I'm hoping it was a one off dud ,,had no affect at all , just like eating a normal chip,,,even the crumbs in 5he bottom of the packet had no heat,,,,Oh well. .

Me and my son did this on Christmas day. Pure hell and bum hated it too.

Both my boyfriend and I can really handle spice so I thought this chip would just be a bit of fun. Fun it was NOT. Absolute agony!!! It was a gift for him so I only had a nibble and the pain just gets worse and worse as time goes on. He was crying and feeling sick after eating 3/4 of one. Still, a great gift and does what it says, so 5 stars!
