This Zevo flying insect trap has been terrific. It checks all the boxes. I plugged one into a kitchen outlet by a window and the other in the mud room by a back door that is in constant use. So far, it's only caught a few house flies, but we haven't had an abundance of flies indoors so far this year. That'll come in the late summer and fall after we start harvesting the garden. The fruit flies will start ramping up then.The Zevo is an attractive device. As others have noted, it just looks like a night light and you don't see the dead flies and other insects because the sticky film is hidden in the back and out of view. I always loved flypaper place by windows, but only ever used them in the garage because they are too gross for inside the house. The Zevo solves that problem as you don't have to see the gross dead flies in their multitudes.And of course, the Zevo light really only attracts the flies at night when it's dark. It's helpful to turn off all other lights, so the Zevo becomes the focal point of interest for the nasty buggers. So far, I haven't noticed any dead fly smell, but that's because there aren't a boatload of dead flies yet. I'm sure that'll change.I haven't had a need to swap out the large sticky strips yet, but the procedure for doing so seems simple.

A few years back I bought a house not knowing it had a clothes moth issue.Summer 1 I discovered the moths, but didn't know what to do about them. Any night, while watching TV, you'd see one or two fluttering about, as well as in other places and occasionally on walls. We were still overwhelmed with moving in and didn't really have the wherewithal to pay close attention.Summer 2 I began fighting back against them. Bought a lot of traps, and a cheap stick vacuum dedicated to sucking them up on walls. The traps were filled to the brim. I mean filled. I probably killed hundreds that summer, but haphazardly, moving traps from one room to another.Summer 3 I fought the war hard. Put a ton of traps out at once. Found a bag of dirt in the garage crawling with them, that they somehow came in through right there. I was then concerned the traps were bringing them in, so I got rid of the traps. Again, killed hundreds.This brings us to Summer 4. I didn't see many moths, really none on the walls, but one flying near the TV at night. I bought these, despite them not saying they worked on clothing moths, because a review said they still attracted them.The first 24 hours I killed 15 of them. They just landed on the wall next to the trap, not flying in, but still attracted to it. I vacuumed them up. The next 24 hours I killed 3. Since then, it's been averaging maybe 1 a day. Some days it'll be 5, most days it's 0. I quickly bought 2 more.It's been 3 weeks. I have not seen one flying around since I bought these, and those were a daily occasion. I have not seen them anywhere in the house other than near the traps. Granted, the traps don't really catch them, but they corral them for me to easily kill. And, unlike the pheromone traps, I have no concerns about these bringing in more moths from outside.I think these did it. I think they ended my war on the moths. And I couldn't be happier. Easily one of the best purchases I've made.

We seemed to have some infestation of moths (gypsy moths?). No idea where they came from but they were driving me crazy. We try to purchased clean products, i.e., no traditional bug killer chemical-laden products. I saw an ad somewhere for Zevo, read up on it and decided we'd give it a try. We first purchased the single plugin and WOW - let's just say, the next day, I purchased a 2-pack and some refills. Tons of moths caught! They've been doing a great job and our moth issue is about resolved. I do have to laugh though as some of the moths just get close to the light, on the wall. So, a smart Daddy Long Legs (who knows where he came from? our fireplace?) set up his web near the light and was having quite the feast! Once I saw the condo he'd built and that the moths were pretty much gone, I vacated him to outside. To clean / change out the sticky trap, it's super easy - just pull the old one out - toss it - and put the new trap in. Done.

4 cartridges 4 inserts or whatever made it sound like it came with 4 working devices (cartridge plus insert) and 4 refill inserts. Which was why I chose this product at this price. But it’s only 4 total working devices. No refills. I only took one star off, because they do work great, so I don’t want to tank the ratings and make it look like a bad product, because it isn’t. But we need to replace the insert after only one day, because it’s wall to wall bugs, and there’s no refills. So I’m really disappointed that this is not the bundle I thought I was paying for.

We had tried pretty much every home remedy out there to deal with gnats. Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, DIY traps, you name it. Nothing worked. Then someone recommended this to us and it honestly made a big difference.It was super easy to set up. Just peel the backing, plug it in, and forget about it. It’s completely quiet and there are no sprays or strong smells, which is great since we have kids.What surprised me most was how satisfying it is to check the cartridge later and see all the little bugs it caught. You can actually tell it’s doing something. It also works nicely as a night light and doesn’t look gross or bulky like a lot of bug traps do.If you’re tired of swatting at fruit flies or little gnats and nothing else has worked, this is worth trying. It helped solve the problem for us without any mess or hassle.
