Good supplement

I purchased this MuscleTech Platinum creatine monohydrate powder because I usually get creatine from my local superstore, but they were out for a week, and I needed to keep my levels up so I wouldn't have to go through another loading phase. I couldn't believe the price because it was so low compared to what I had been buying, so I was very skeptical. This tub arrived, and it was smaller than I thought it would be. It has 80 servings of 5 mg of creatine, and I was buying a pretty good sized bottle of horse pills that were 1.2 mg of creatine each, so I was having to take 5 a day. I was shocked at the serving size and scoop size of this stuff... It's tiny! Why are my pills huge when this scoop is so small? For value for the money, it gets 5 stars. I tested the claims on this product that it dissolves completely and has no taste. I put one scoop in 16 ounces of water which is way more than should be needed to dissolve it and dilute the flavor. I tasted it and could clearly taste the creatine. Then, I did a taste test with one tumbler of plain water and one with water and creatine, and I could easily detect which one had the creatine powder in it. It didn't taste bad, it just had a plain taste. Also, it had a minutely chalky effect on the water. So for claims that it is tasteless, it gets 3/5 stars. I shook it for a few minutes and drank it, shaking it again before every chug. When I was done, there was a fair amount of the substance in the bottom of the 16 oz bottle, and I had been shaking it vigioursly. So for claims that it dissolves quickly and easily, it gets 1/5 stars. Once I added sugar-free sports drink mixes into the drink, I couldn't detect the creatine, so it hides itself well. I just know when I'm done I have to splash some water in the bottom and chug it before it settles to get the rest of the creatine because it doesn't dissolve. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product. It's much cheaper and much easier to take than the name-brand creatine monohydrate pills I was taking before. I will continue to use this product and highly recommend it to anyone who works out. 4/5 stars

These chewable tabs are an excellent alternative to those undesirable gummies. Use for working out or even on rest days. It says to take 3, but if you don't want to take 3, you can decrease that amount and still get the effectiveness of a great pump or rest day. They taste pretty good and no need to mix pre-workout powders. On a subscription, you can feel good as they are a terrific value.
