Love the dual-swivel design, very flexible and versatile, up and down, left or right, easily adjusted and in a very smooth and comfortable way. Feeling lovely and decent.This is really professional, a space saving solution to studio or home use. Anyway, it's a bit limited due to the wall mounting but it's up for you to decide.It comes with standard 1/4" and 3/8" fitting for easy connection.Happy to recommend.

It has a lot of uses if you are dealing with things like lighting, projectors or cameras. It's easy to install, extends very far, has good weight capacity, and I keep it in the shop to hold lights on a lap grinder, which is always hard to get good lighting around. Works great and is versatile enough to come in handy.

Having a youtube studio in a small space requires eliminating tripods. This was the perfect solution for my small space to have my lights easily accessed, yet still adjustable, and easy to sort of 'tuck away' when not in active use. Love it!
