Great value
Looks and functions just like the more expensive brands. I don’t know how other reviewers were having trouble with this unless it was being grossly misused- I have been moving 20-30” 10ft long tree trunks around with it without issue. That said, while it does work fine for these larger logs, its sized more for 12-20” logs due to overall length and hook size. For the money, it’s perfect.

Worth the money
It's pretty good. Does great turning 20-30in 1000-2000lb Hickory, Maple and Ash logs. 1 ton is about the biggest logs I move. I find this cant hook struggles to grab logs that are less then 15inches. So if your logging tall straight Poplar at 15in by 60 feet it's difficult to grab the wood. For the money it's good. Is strong enough for light logging.

Great! The right tool!
Just right for logs around the yard. We moved 14" logs about ten feet long. Easy to turn.

Handle too weak.
Handle bends easily. Only good for small logs. Post size.

Proved It's Worth
I chose this one because it is longer than the others. Worked out very well while I was bucking trees. The hook is OK, I just wish the other point that contacts the tree was more pointed (sharper) to grab better. No complaints and glad I bought it.

Doesn't grab or bite into the log.
I am having the exact same problem with my Earth Worth Cant Hook. It doesn't grab or bite into the log, It just rides up on the log. The angle on the tip where it bites into the log is not correct. It needs to be pointed up more so it bites into the log. It is a a rugged tool and built well but is completely worthless with that tip angle. I will also try to grind the correct angle but it would be better if Earth Worth could send me the part with the correct angle that works.
