The rings are great but the necklace is a waste of time, might as well use a piece of mac n cheese pasta!

One of the rings is not stainless steel
Overall okay but the ring with the encased beads is just silver coated and looks like copper underneath.I am allergic to some metals so I now have an itchy weeping sore on my finger underneath where the ring was. The ring needs to go in the bin. The material listed only applies to the necklace.

C’est plus dans la tête que dans l’objet !
J’ai acheté ce produit dans l’idée de m’aider à limiter l’usage de la cigarette électronique qui est devenue pour moi comme une tétine pour un bébé ! La seule vertu du sifflet ou de la bague est de détourner l’attention, d’ »occuper le terrain » très momentanément… ça peut aider un peu, mais vraiment pas beaucoup !
