If you’re looking at this wrench and trying to decide between it and the less expensive brands, do yourself a favor and get this one. I work for a company that runs seasonal campgrounds and I have to winterize the bath houses each fall and then put them back together each spring. That means taking apart dozens of the industrial style toilet and urinal valves and then putting them back together after the winter is over. The cheap wrenches don’t hold up. This one does.

This wrench is thin and durable. It handles a four foot cheater pipe like a champion while fitting into spaces none of my other wrenches can.

As part of my job, I do maintenance in schools. That was my first exposure to using the offset jaws wrench. It allows you to get into places that are difficult to use a regular wrench. Everyone refers to it as the plumbing wrench. I liked it so much that I purchased one for personal use.

This works great for fixing commercial toilets.

Bought this specifically for working on flushometers and it works perfectly. Fits every nut on the flushometer (including the cap) and thanks to the smooth jaws it doesn't tear-up the chrome finish. It's also extremely easy to adjust... making the job that much easier and faster. Time to throw-out those old flushometer wrenches!

If you are a service plumber, than this is a must. I bought this to work on sloan and zurn flush valves because its offset and smooth jaw. You cant use channellocks on these valves. Urinals and toilets. If you are a plumber than you need this tool in your bag or truck. Period. I will not use any other brand or tool to service flushometers. Buy it. It wont scratch the nuts and the jaw locks down. Fits every nut on a flush valve. Thats my only use for it so i dont scratch the jaws. Get one and you will never regret it. I had one that was 15 years old and lost it. They will last. Stop looking through reviews and get it. You will never regret it but you will wonder how you ever worked without one. Take it from a plumber. Buy this tool now and never have to buy it again unless you lose it.

I bought this wrench for working under the sink. The first one I received had multiple small ridges across the upper jaw (which is supposed to be smooth). This could damage a chrome or brass nut. I called customer service and they indicated that it was defective and should be returned. I returned and quickly received a replacement - 2nd one was good. So -1 star for the quality issue, it's an excellent wrench, and 5 stars for Rigid customer service.

Every single time I do maintenance on the industrial machines I work on I use this. Simply a must have and the chinesium brands just don’t work nearly as well.
