Good option for lactose intolerant people
These dairy pills are a new brand for me. I like how you can just swallow them if you don't want to chew them. So far, they are working great for me. Also like the price.

Better dairy aid
I have used Lactaid and a few generic brands of lactase, this is much better. I take 1 pill when I would have used 3 of the other brands. It works better because it caused less gastric distress, I do get a little bloating and gas, but not the other issues I had when eating dairy. This brand has made it so I can eat a little dairy again and that makes Pizza 🍕 so much nicer.
