I really love this feeder. The quality build of the feeder is excellent. This is the second one I have and this one seems way sturdier. It also comes with a solar charger and is its weight in gold. There is no worrying about charging the camera as the sun takes care of that. The quality of the camera picture is very good and highly detailed. I really like the included AI which helps with bird identification. It’s really nice to know who your backyard visitors are. The size of the feeder is impressive because it has two sides for feed and holds a lot more than my other Nettie feeder. My other feeder is usually cleared out within three days. This will last longer and I could even give the birds a choice of what they would like to eat. This second feeder is heavier and really feels solid and will last a long time. Setup was easy and I was connected in no time at all. The only issue is the birds like it so much that there are constant alerts. They just seems to be always there.My family and friends like the up close pictures of the birds. This feeder will blend in with my yard scape and I would very highly recommend it if you enjoy watching birds and wondering what type birds have visited.

Item worked for a few weeks, then the trial period was over, so to continue you have to pay the annual fee. That was done and it was working again, to a degree. Rarely correctly identified the birds visiting the feeder, seemed to only call them one of three different birds, but almost never correct. Changed wifi system and feeder would not connect at all. Tried reset, nothing. Tried messaging customer service, NOTHING! Tried deleting camera to start setup all over, nothing. Following instructions, tried scanning QR code, says to contact CS, again, nothing. So now it is just an expensive feeder sitting on a pole. Try another brand!

I would give it 4 stars, but two of the screws that hold the camera in place arrived broken. The camera keeps slipping out of place. The rest of the assembly was fairly straightforward. I haven't been able to put the feeder out.

First class. First of all this was very simple to assemble and build. The box contains multiple clearly marked smaller boxes to make your life easy. The solar element just added a new dimension and ensures you don’t miss anything and the video is really nice quality. We can check in on the birds from anywhere. Our daughter loves to watch them on the phone screen and we’re using it as a teaching aid too by using the AI feature to identify each bird. Can’t wait to get it mounted next year and watch the birds on a bigger screen. It adds such a nice element to the garden. Very happy.

Cette mangeoire connectée est juste parfaite.Très facile à connecter au réseau (2.4Ghz) et à installer.L’application est très intuitive, relativement fluide, la carte SD de 64 giga inclu est largement suffisante.Les supports et attaches fournis sont bien solide, l’emballage est top avec des boîtes correspondant à chaque pièces.La qualité d'image est au top et les oiseaux n'ont pas mis plus d’une journée pour la trouver et venir y manger !Avec le panneau solaire, plus besoin de la recharger, c'est vraiment facile, pas de fil !Merci pour ce fabuleux produit ;)

Solamente abrir la caja ya me sorprendió la presentación de lo bien organizado que estaba todo en cajas individuales, cada cosa en su sitio y todo muy bién explicado para su correcto montaje, instalación y configuración.Lo bueno de este comedero, es que con el wifi de casa te conectas a ella teniendo acceso a las imágenes en directo desde tu teléfono estando en cualquier lugar y también dispone de una ranura con tarjeta sd de 64gb ya incluida, en la que quedan registradas en video todas las aves que se acerquen a comer, ya que se activa la grabación cuando detecta movimiento. Y con el cargador solar, no te tienes que preocupar de cargar las baterías. La cámara tiene una calidad buena tanto de dia cómo de noche.Este comedero es muy útil y didáctico tanto para niños cómo para adultos, es muy divertido poder observar las aves de tan cerca, puedes pasar horas mirandolas... lo recomendaría a muchos padres para sus hijos y a gente amante de las aves. Yo me lo he instalado en la ventana de mi casa y vienen muchos pájaros a comer :-)

This is way better quality than I was initially expecting.For the money I paid for it, I was not expecting much but was pleasently surprised when it arrived.I bought this item as it was cheaper than other similar items with the same functionality with the intended use of being put up outside our motorhome while we are in it, so we can see the birds that are feeding at the sites we are staying at.The box it came in looks very expensive and well put together - Shiny printing and plenty of diagrams and instructions.It is a fairly heavy item due to the rugged attachments and fittings that it comes with.The outside box has 5 individual boxes inside, with all components very well packaged.Emptying each box on a table makes its easier to assemble, but the whole process only took about 15 minutes to complete. The longest time was getting the camera to connect to the app. Note: this camera only supports 2.4Ghz networks so if you have 5G available on WIFI (Not 5G cellular) select the non 5G SSID.Once assembled it looks amazing with its camoflage wood look. The wifi signal is strong and the image qualiity is superb.As it was late in the day when the item arrived, I have not put it outside. I will do that in the morning when it is brighter.The Solar panel is a good size and looks like it will keep the camera battery fully charged during a sunny day, then the internal battery should be big enough to power the camera over night, thus giving 24/7/365 birdie action.Over all, I highly recommend this product to anyone who has a garden full of birds that they want to observe, without breaking the bank.

This product really impressed me out of the box. I was very happy with the quality of the product and all the features that came with it. The easy set up instructions made it simple to set up. The camera takes great pictures and acts as a great security camera as well. The Wifi access makes it easy to connect to and download your images and video. Highly recommend if you are a nature lover and enjoy seeing all the different species of birds out there.
