Brooks Women’s Adrenaline GTS 23 Supportive Running Shoe

These shoes are amazing! Definitely not the prettiest shoe on the market but they deliver in comfort. I work 11-12 hour days in a wildlife veterinary hospital and I’m on my feet the whole shift. My feet were absolutely killing me and my back was taking the brunt. Everyone I work with wears Brooks and they all advised me to do the same. My first day wearing Brooks I had almost zero foot pain. I did discover that I did damage and tore a ligament in my foot from my previous shoes and the extremity of the hours on my feet. I did experience pain wearing the Brooks but it was from the tear and very pinpoint as compared to other shoes. I was wearing Cloud 5 shoes. They are one of the Google recommended shoes for the job and hours I was working. I steered away from Brooks because they weren’t as aesthetically pleasing but know that there is a reason for that. Brooks provide the comfort and stability I need. I hope this helps someone in the same situation I was in. Who cares what you look like if it’s what you need to be ok!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have severe plantar fasciitis. So many people (including my doctor) told me to buy these years ago. I stuck with other brands because of choosing tennis shoes for preferred style verses comfort. I also thought I could put orthopedic soles in any kind of tennis shoes to give me the needed support. I was wrong.These are like walking on a cloud. I can be on my feet longer if I wear these, I'm not in pain after standing the entire day, and I'm not miserable when wearing them. Wearing these gives me hope that I can live a normal life without constant foot pain.I've already ordered another color and it turns out I like the style after all.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are very comfortable to workout, walk in, and travel in. This is my 2nd pair. My first pair is the black & white which I still wear. I just wanted a different color so when they went on sale, I had to grab them. I love this model as they don’t look too big or bulky or rounded out on my feet like some of the other models have.

Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 provide me with the perfect amount of stability for my ankles and arch support for my flat feet. I have several pairs for the gym and then once it's time to swap them out, they are relegated to to weekend errand sneeks. Unfortunately, Brooks has changed them, as they usually do with their popular styles, and have started to phase out 23 and are now selling 24.

I’ve worn adrenaline for years and this version feels much harder on the soles of my feet than previous models. The price through Amazon is great and I like the color, though. Since I’m not running distance in them they’ll work, but I don’t wear them for longer running or my feet would hurt.

When I wear these sneakers, all the kids compliment me on them. I think the combination of black-and-white is really sassy. But the best part, it’s a great sneaker, I have more than one pair in several different colors. I find that these sneakers are great for my back, very rarely after wearing them do I ever have a backache?

I'm always looking for good tennis shoes with great support. I go on walks and work out daily, so something that doesn't hurt my feet is a must. These black shoes feel like I'm walking on clouds. I couldn't believe how much cushion was in the sole, which makes working out that much more enjoyable. They aren't to tight on my feet, I don't get blisters on the backs of my ankles. The make of the shoe is of great quality. I wanted a color that wouldn't show dirt, and black was the winner. I ordered a size 8.5, and they fit like a glove. I'm so glad I purchased these no regrets.

I absolutely love these shoes. I use this particular pair when I go work out at the gym. I have several other pair that I just used to walk in and run.
