The door locks behind us 10 seconds after entering. When leaving, you simply key the lock button. No code needed. It announces when it is opened and locked so anyone in the house is aware of entry. Putting in the entry code was not hard at all. We have not done fingerprints yet, but everything about this lock has functioned as promised and we are sure that will too. Having a key as a back up, is wonderful. 3 ways to get in your door. It matched the handle I already had. Fit the door holes we already used, for the last lock. Has not been affected by Texas humidity, or the rainy season. I will update after a summer of heat. The bolt is long and makes me feel very secure. Best buy!!!

I bought this to replace a keypad lock on my garage where I wanted a fingerprint lock. Thought the price was good compared to retail box stores, and I was hopeful that setup wouldn't be a problem.First, this thing is way higher quality (weight, feel) than what it was replacing. 5 stars on the unit for sure. Installation was fine. Setup was a little challenging, but if you read the manual all the way through its doable. Got the master code and two sets of prints entered. Fingerprints recognize well, without any "false positives". I didnt have to watch any videos. Not planning to use the app, so i didn't even install it. Now I just have to see how long batteries last and how it wears. Initial impression, I'm glad I bought this one- works great.

This lock is easy to set up and works great but my only problem is the constant battery change. I’ve changed the battery 4 times in less than 2 months but lucky there’s a set of keys that come with it. Other than that it’s a great lock.

We absolutely love this lock but didn't realize it was bluetooth only, this is our fault for not reading the description thoroughly but we were able to purchase a gateway device to turn it into a wifi door lock and can control from anywhere now. My kids do have trouble with the fingerprint unlock but I don't. Being able to create multiple codes is great so you know who is entering your home. I would highly recommend this lock.

This lock was great for the first 2 months, the fingerprint recognition worked for us and we love the app. HOWEVER, after the first 2 months it said the batteries were low and it stopped working properly. We thought this was super fast because we had a similar lock to this in our old house and the batteries lasted nearly a full year. But we changed them and it was fine until two weeks later when it started saying low battery again, we bought this lock in early May and have changed the batteries 6 times. We are so disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this lock at all.

The shipping was quick and it was easy to install a pre-existing deadbolt. I had a little trouble syncing it up with my iPhone, but I finally made it happen.

My hope was that I could easily get into my house by unlocking the door using my app before I exited the car or by using the thumbprint unlock technology. Although I was able to successfully pair my phone with the lock and register my thumbprint, neither are recognized. The lock works fine as an auto-relock when entering or exiting the house and the nomber pad works as intended, too.

Me gusta porque funciona con la llave, con código, con huella digital o con el control a distancia del tlf.Me encanta la función de bloqueo automático (se cierra a los 5 segundos de abrirla).Es silenciosa, pero tiene comando de voz qud indica cuando abre y cierra la puerta.La cerradura anterior (otra marca, muy vieja) consumía muchisima batería. Espero esta no consuma tanto.Recomiendo ampliamente este producto
