Quality Magnesium Supplement that's Easy to Swallow and Higher Concentrate!
The media could not be loaded. These were recommend to me by my midwife during pregnancy to help with migraines and swelling. I really enjoy that they're a higher MG and smaller capsules so I don't have to take a ton of them because, let's be real, the nausea and gag reflex during pregnancy wouldn't let me take more than a couple at a time. Before these I was taking huge compact vitamins that were only 200mg/ea so I had to take like 5 and choke them down which was no fun!These worked really well for me and seem to be a good quality. Being a higher MG they'll last me longer too. Bottle shows they're also free of common allergens like wheat/dairy/gluten/nuts/etc which is cool.

Great product and worth the money
This specific product was recommended by a friend for muscle cramps and quieting neuropathy. I’ve used an entire bottle in conjunction with Vitamin D and have had great results
