Really good little gadget at a very good price.i didn’t expect much for the price,but was pleasantly surprisedIt works flawlessly and allows you to send a alarm from phone using app to tag,or tag to phone and also pinpoint whereabouts on map.Range is good enough around house and garden.It has a nice feature that I found out, is when phone and tag goes out of range it will push notify you on your phone which is great.Will be buying another one soon

Bought two for a friend who is always mislaying his keys. Firstly the Bluetooth will not reconnect if you turn Bluetooth off on your phone without pressing the button on the tracker. Therefore useless unless you know you are going to lose your keys and reconnect the Bluetooth each time you have turned it off on your phone. The map only shows the last location your phone was connected to the tracker using Bluetooth. Also, even after changing the battery one of them kept beeping even though the phone was right next to the tracker. My friends keys recently got put in the wrong persons bag without him knowing. In searching for them the map showed his keys were at his house which they couldn't have been because he had driven to his location with them. Of course the Bluetooth wouldn't connect so he couldn't track them that way either. Don't waste your money. Oh and one of them wouldn't stop beeping even after putting in a new battery when it was right next to the phone. Complete and utter waste of money I would give no stars if I could

Simple and easy to use via my phone with a long battery life. I was expecting from the photos that it would be large and quite bulky but was happily surprised upon delivery to find that it is quite slim and elegant in design. I must say extremely good value for money.

App keeps requesting me to power on Bluetooth when it is already one. Battery is loose inside the device and it won’t engage properly. Tried for half an hour to make it work but unsuccessful.

Not a great product. If the keys go to far away from your phone you have to reset the whole thing...which you can’t do without the keys that you’ve lost!

Set up instructions unclear. Not very good connection when syncing to phone. Disappointed.
