I use these in the bottom of my back and tops of my legs. They stick well and one set lasts me about 2 months, they do take up two connectors each though so you do need a 4port tens machine to do both sides simultaneously

Have used this twice now ,have slipped disc 2,3 and 5 but when my back plays up not only does the bottom play up but my upper back does as well . Kepted them on all day ,they did not slide or come unstuck. Will be buying another set .

seriously it does work and value for money

excellent product if you suffer from severe back pain, they work extremely well allowing my tens machine to give a wider spread of pulses over a much bigger area than using the standard sized pads. make sure you lean forward when having someone put these on you other-wise , if you put them on when stood up straight they would pull off when leaning forward.

Good material, the pads are so sticky, that allows the TENS stimulator working well.

Not reusable after first go

I feel great after 1h of TENS with this electrodes. Well packed and good quality.
