So glad I found this. I cut open several of these packets and put them into a glass spice jar. Then, I sprinkle it as a salt substitute on my stir fry and many other foods I make. It's delicious and I don't miss the salt at all!

It is delicious and it was the last thing I needed to finally make miso soup at home. I also love how it is good quality with natural ingredients, no added unnecessary sugar/salt or toxic chemicals/preservatives. Easy to use. 2.5 cups of water used for each sachet. Big bowl of miso for one or two small bowls for two people.

Taste great. I been making it with ramen noodles. Feels so healthy as a soup base. All I need now is some good soba or natural ramen noodles and some good veggies to add to it.

Man oh man. Not only is it worth the price and then some, but the quantity and quality is great too. So so good for my miso soup. Makes my miso soup tastes pretty dang close to restaurant style. Honestly, might be better. It enhances the flavor of the broth so much. The packets hold very well. Never had one break a part in the water while boiling, even swirling it around in the pot, never any breakage. Don't hesitate any longer. This soup broth packet is the way to go.

This was SO easy to make and it was delicious. Boil for 2 minutes and you’ve got a great Dashi stock. I used it for miso soup and it was absolutely perfect
