FOB Archery Quick Fletch - Micro Diameter - 12 per Pack

I first heard of these over a decade ago and dismissed them like most. About 7 years ago a buddy was using them and loved them but I still couldn't get behind the idea. Last year I bought a dozen for my 5" brace height new bow. I shot them against fletching indoors and out, video taped and audio taped. Tested distance, wind and grouping. The photo shows two different arrows types (GT Pierce Platinum and Victory VAP) in 250 and 300 spine from a 342 IBO bow. The upper group were GT, the lower group were VAP. As can see, at 40 yards they group fine. Further the "hiss" sound you hear indoors is almost not there when outdoors. And my faster bow (364 IBO) makes a bit more noise but it does in the shot as well so it's a wash. I recommend these, the owners are great guys and the product will refletch your arrow as fast as you can strip vanes and put it back on. No boiling or gluing. And they also pop off the arrow on pass through, leaving a start to your trail.

I fidnt get to actually use these ones from this package as I ordered the wrong size. I have been using FOB’s for over 10 years now and I love the ease and simplicity if when one gets destroyed pop another on there and your good to go. The only bad this i have to say about FOB’s is when you start to stack arrows you nick and ding the fobs sometimes. Now it usually doesnt effect the flight but will you trust it when that wall hanger comes around. So my suggestion is to use some for practice and another set for hunting. Other than that these things rock.

Have not shot them yet because I need longer nocks because the fob touches my face before my kisser button, easy set up will rereview later, when I find new knocks

Like I put with the comment made on the standard size, not worth the price for losses of both fobs and arrows due to their limitations/issues.If you don’t care about that and really want people to come ask about them then they’ll be perfect for you!

I have been shooting for about two years. After bending up and destroying my first set of veins, I gave FOBS a try. My Dad had been using them for years. I knew as soon as I used them, I'd never go back to any other type of fletching. They are more consistent than the blazer veins I had been using - in fact it wasn't even close. And when I did eventually break a FOB, it took my less than 5 seconds to "refletch" and start shooting the same arrow again. I don't have to worry about going to my local archery shop to get my arrows fletched, and I don't have to buy a bunch of equipment to install my own fletching. These are amazing. You'll wish you started using them years ago.
