I 💜 this creatine!!!
This creatine is amazing! As a woman I’m hesitant of creatine and the bloat/gain effect. I loved the ease of a capsule instead of a powder. 6 weeks of use alone side training daily, the muscle gains and fat lean in my body is amazing! I will definitely continue using this complex! Slight bloat if any. If I drink 16 oz of water before taking it I don’t bloat at all.

Your body needs creatine to build muscle and if you have a busy life and aren't eating enough to get proper levels this product will explode your growth.

It’s an OK suppliment
It’s good but I feel like 6 pills a day is a lot to take on top of all the other supplements. It’s OK though

I like cx5 because after a gym work-out,I have muscles that are pumped & rock hard.W/o cx5 I don't have that drive to achieve bodybuilding goals.
