The pressure point is in the middle of my left butt. Will this work?

I have to try this....the reason? Like you, my back pain started in my butt. Four weeks laster it settled right in my right calf and I couldn't walk or drive. I can see why this would work considering what was my back pain ended up crippling me right where you put this.

i have my worst pain at night. Can it be worn while sleeping?

It's not recommended for use while sleeping. Apparently there is a risk of constricting the circulation in the affected leg, especially while lying still. At least while you're awake you are probably moving around more which helps increase circulation.

Is this a wrap-around or pull up knee brace. Have had problems with pull ups.

This product is a wrap around. I bought two but returned both of them because it wouldn't attach! I have an average size knee/leg. The Velcro was on the wrong side. I got a prompt full refund.
