This is very good lighter, the fact you get two makes it even better. The lighter has a nice solid feel in the hand and gives a good grip, the angled flame is very nice once you get used to it the angle makes it a bit harder to roast your moustache if you have one. This is almost the perfect lighter for my needs, it has a visible fuel level window for a quick and easy fuel level reading, adjustable flame that can be adjusted easily by hand without tools and a solid brass burner assembly that provides a nice stable single flame, multiple burners simply waste fuel unless you are going to the Arctic Circle, if it only had a cover or door over the burner to keep dust and dirt out of the inner working would make it THE perfect lighter. One of my two lighter failed after about an hour or so, I contacted RONXS by email and they returned my message within an hour or so on a Saturday and by Tuesday I had a brand new replacement lighter that works great, excellent customer service, thank you RONXS!

Although I don't smoke I have plenty of lighters. Guys just like things that make fire. Of my collection these are my new favorites. Aesthetically I like the form-follows-function gray coated metal design with 45 degree angled jet and large fuel window. I also like the plain simple smooth look without branding. Toolless flame adjustment, small size and just the right amount of weight are other pluses. It lights reliably every time for me For those having difficulties here are a few tips: - Use triple refined butane. Refillable lighters are tempermental and don't like impurities. - Be sure to blead the air out before refilling. That tool is included in the package. If you want to refill to the maximum do the refill procedure twice, which includes bleading off the air twice. When finished you'll notice the fuel level is at the top of the window. - Let the butane stabilize for about five minutes after each filling. - Don't set the flame to maximum. It wastes fuel and makes it harder for the piezo-electric to ignite the gas. It also takes the flame a second longer to die after releasing the button. About a 1" jet flame should help keep the ignition reliable and the flame should die immediately upon releasing the button.

they look great. I bought a 2nd set as a gift for a camper buddy. after only a couple of months of light use, the one out of my set of 2 won't light, (3 out of 4 work) but that's probably a good thing because the gas won't stop coming out where it should light, overall I still like these. the size is perfect for pocket.

The flame WILL stay lit AFTER RELEASING the ignition button, every time! I just don't want someone lighting their smoke & immediately placing lighter in, say their shirt pocket...cause they could catch fire. It's a really nice looking lighter. For the price though, it's NOT worth the risk. Js... ***UPDATE***UPDATE**** I just wrote a review yesterday. ------------------------------------ So, my son (thankfully he is fine) was just using his lighter, and was adjusting the bottom flame adjuster thingie & this thing just BLEW UP in his hands! It shot a flame approximately 6 inches long, then the bottom flame adjuster thingie shot off, shooting gas all over the place, in his face, hands, including into the surge protector that is laying on the floor! He was right next to his space heater too! He did nothing to warrant this to blow up! This lighter is DANGEROUS! I would say to be careful, but, this item is unpredictable, so being cautious matters NOT. This NEEDS to be taken OFF the market...IMMEDIATELY! Someone WILL get hurt...it's inevitable. *SMH*

Nicely packaged so that it would be a nice gift for less money. The lighter is well made and feels of quality. The information card in the box describes a company dedicated to their customers' satisfaction with service after the sale, but I have not put that to the test, yet. The major issue that I have is the undersized reservoir. It constantly needs refilling and it always runs out when I am on the run. I ordered this set because I was tired of buying windproof lighters that fail to function the first time I refill them or the sparker forgets it's job only after a week or so. I believe these to be a big improvement, but I didn't expect that I would be required to carry a back up lighter with me. I do. While it is lacking for my needs, I do think these are of good quality and well made. I would recommend this lighter pair for gifting or for lite use.

I purchased a pair of these about a year ago. Came packaged nicely. The size, design and operation is just what I was looking for in a edc butane torchtype lighter. Very comfortable in pocket and works flawlessly thus far. The price point was low enough where if no good not out a lot of money but still using the first one. No leaks. Definitely recommend.

This is better than my previous butane lighter in several ways. The torch is thin so it's easy to use without anything getting too hot. Oddly, the torch is slanted about 45 degrees, which new experience shows makes it much more comfortable to aim. The unit overall is not much heavier than a match book. In fact it's about the same size ... TIP: Press and hold the on button for a few seconds to empty it before filling with butane. Then it won't stutter when you're first using it.

Be very careful if you use this on the highest setting. The flame burns for a second after you take your finger off the button. Just enough time to slide it into your pocket and burn something you don't want burned…. I turned it down to the medium setting and no more afterburn. My thumb is now healing because I don't have to spin the roller 50 times to get a light on a conventional lighter. As with all butane lighters, they don't work well if they're cold. Keep it in your pocket and it will always fire up. UPDATE! 1st lighter died after 3 weeks. I released all the gas and refilled it. Still not working. Emailed the seller and did not get a response.

They feel substantial and well engineered, and are a pleasure to handle. The ignition button depresses smoothly, and they produce a strong bunsen-burner type flame. See video. Gas filling is simple enough. Note that you can get more of a charge into them if you fill, then vent the excess top gas (as per the instructions), and then fill again. Today is quite windy here, and so I took the lighters outside to test their wind resistance. They are way more resistant than a match, but strong gusts will blow them out. I would guess that they are also much better than a conventional lighter. My only minor criticism is that the flame does not extinguish as soon as the button is released, but continues for a second or two. I guess that’s fine as long as you are aware of it, and don’t put the lighter back in your pocket too quickly.

This is made of great quality by the way one thing I'm very fascinated about is how powerful the actual torch can be you have to fill it with butane gas you can find out your local supermarket which I did doesn't cost more than a couple of quid it's very reasonable you only have to hold it for five seconds and obviously there's a method that they show you on how to actually put the butane gas in the actual lighter generally speaking it's a very premium lighter and you get a pack of two which is fantastic I believe it feels like two for the price of 1 obviously you can always have a backup but I'm assuming the second one is so generally speaking it's great packaging was great no issues with that actually made her look even more professional the actual material used to make the lighter was really good of great quality very strong and I definitely recommend this specially for the price

This pair of lighters comes in a box fit for gifting. The lighters are of a gunmetal-type material and are satisfyingly heavy in the hand. They have the normal type of butane gas inlet and an adjustable screw bottom that can be used without the tool supplied. I haven't tried to fill or use the lighters yet as I don't have gas, however, if these work as well as the feel of them, I shall be very pleased. These would be suitable for gifting and represent good value for a refillable pair at £12.99. Edit 08/02/24 : I have had these a few months now and have got used to the two second delay in extinguishing, however, one has started to play up and continues to have a flame for some time after releasing the button.

I've had these for use with starting the log-burner and scented candles! I'm a non-smoker and so I don't usually have a flame device to hand. If I want to start my fire or light a candle, I end up burning a small peice of paper lit from a gas cooker flame...which is not ideal & messy. I bought a can of lighter gas from a local supermarket, which was only a few pounds and easily filled the lighter. It took a few attempts to get it to work first time, but after that it fires up every time. I like the way the flame is like a jet and works upside-down, disposable lighters used this way tend to lack the pressure and the flame curls up, burning your fingers! Another use for these is working with heat-shrink on electrical cables, which I use quite often...saves plugging in a heat gun. You don't need to be a smoker to have a lighter, they're just a useful tool.

These are very stylish looking lighters. They arrived as a set of two in a very smart presentation box. The impression they gave was of a high quality product and would be very impressive as a present. Besides the two lighters there is a too for adjusting the flame and emptying the gas chamber if required and an instruction leaflet. They don't come with butane so you will need to get this separately. Filling is simple and mess free and only takes a few seconds. Once filled you can see the fuel level through a small window. There is a dial on the bottom which can be turned to adjust the level of the flame. This is quite stiff but a tool is supplied to make it easier. Operation is very smooth and so far it has lit first time every time. These are very smart and lightweight lighters that are a pleasure to use. Highly recommended.
