Instantly eliminated "play." Smooth as butter on my Axum
After adding new stem and handlebars to a Schwinn Axum DP, I couldn't get the front end dialed in. The stem had play (wiggle). The only way to eliminate it was by tightening the top bolt down so hard the fork could hardly move. After forums, YouTube videos, and lots of tinkering I decided to just purchase this. Instant fix. It's high quality, easy to install even without the headset tools. I used a screw driver to pop the old cup out, some grease, piece of wood, and rubber mallet to gently hammer the new one in. Greased the cup, set it in, put towel over it, wood in top, tapped the wood to insert the cup. Wipe away grease, install everything back to proper place and bang, better than new. Instantly. 5 stars.

Best value Headset on the Market.
Perfect zero play headset. No creaks or wobbles, light and tight and perfect movement. No need to go ridiculous cheap, by the Funn setup and have satisfaction knowing it’s as good as $90 dollar headsets from expensive brands.

Few options for a tapered fork, so funn's modular design avail different size top and bottom headset pieces is awesome at a really good price.

These are nice little kits, I'm upgrading a schwinn boundary and used this setup to replace the caged bearing setup that came stock on the bike. These are quality parts and feel very nice, they installed easily and I hope they last forever lol

My YT Tues MK3 has a weird headset size, and all the local bike shops were quoting about a month before they’d have it in stock. Luckily, Funn makes this headset in the right size, and the bearings are replaceable—so I could finally get rid of the stock Acros pressed-in bearing setup. Ran it for the second half of the bike park season with zero issues.
