This a a great quality item, and a fair price. It arrived quickly and was good quality. However, as is the case for many/most of the children in this age bracket, it’s nighttime incontinence, and this item does not work for that, sadly. If you have a child who is struggling to get to the bathroom on time, or just having very small accidents, this item will be perfect. If, however, your looking for something with a lot of absorbency- this won’t work.

My son still tends to wet the bed some nights. We travel and need to stay at hotels, and these are the perfect underwear for overnights. If he has a wet night, the underwear absorbs the liquid with the sheets staying dry.

So I purchased 2 pairs for my son since he’s a deep sleeper and on occasion has an accident. For the high price, I was hoping for better absorbency, but they are definitely better than regular underwear. I would say they’re in between a diaper and underwear, but they look like regular underwear (just thicker). So if he was at a sleepover, no one would be able to tell. If my son has an accident without wearing these I have to strip the whole bed (we have a waterproof mattress cover on as well). If he has an accident wearing these underwear, the underwear and maybe the top sheet or comforter has to be washed, but not the fitted and mattress pad. So it helps, but they aren’t diaper absorbent.

Bought this for my 6 year old in the smallest size they come in. A bit too big which meant it did nothing to help with the incontinence prevention. These are more for kids who are 10+

Don't waste you money. Bought these for my steering son and still had to wash the sheets because they were soaked. So much for leak free

great underwear for little ones who are potty trained but sometimes just need a little extra support. helps my distracted 5 yo make it through the day. not for nighttime use but work great for daytime.

These have been a game changer for my son who has cp and needs a little extra help sometimes so that he can get to the bathroom. Fantastic product.

Nothing to like wasted money

習い事のお泊まり行事に使用しています。高頻度でおねしょをするのですが、心理的作用からかこのパンツの時は失敗しないので、吸収力はわかりませんが、厚みがあるのに普通のパンツに見えていい感じです。肌が弱いですが、肌荒れとかもありません。

身長130センチ細身。サイズ130センチ購入でピッタリです。見た感じが普通のボクサーパンツと変わらないので、嫌がらずに履いています。防水ズボンとの併用により、シーツに漏れることはないので安心です。パンツは濡れますが、通常のパンツよりは吸水するので、マシかな？という感じです。防水ズボンやシーツは併用した方が良いと思います。少し分厚めなので夏は暑いかもしれませんが、夏以外は使用できそうです。

このパンツを履いてからお漏らししてもベッドまで漏れる回数が減ったと思います。本人も安心するせいか自信がついた気がすると言っています。太め男子で普段150のパンツですがこの商品は160でも半ケツになってしまうので、170でピッタリです。迷ってる人は大きいサイズを選んだ方がいいと思います。
