I have no paperwork with my new set how do I use them

I never looked at the instructions but I apply pressure as I see fit.. I use on my feet with ball on floor and my arms I lean against a wall and for back I use the wall of floor and legs on the floor .. if in doubt google will be of help

Can these balls be used for abdominal myofascial release?

I have a slightly different set, and it says the smooth ball is ok on stomach area and also a black one with lightly raise flat square ish areas on it. In my set, looks it looks like any of the smooth balls are fine for rummy, not the spiky ones. but I wouldn’t press too hard.. I’m not 100 💯 sure as not a professional
