Product as advertised
I initially bought these for my husband as a stocking stuffer, but they quickly found a permanent home in my gym bag. I've been using these for a few months and love how they bring an extra element of difficulty to my usual lifts - I primarily use them for bi/tri exercises and can really feel the difference in my grip and in how I feel my lifts working my muscles. I wanted to order another pair so my husband could actually use them but haven't seen them available for awhile now. Keeping an eye out as we'd love another pair.

Among other things, TREAT your cubital/carpal tunnel syndrome
Of all the grip-attachments I’ve experimented with to battle the cubital tunnel syndrome in my hand/wrist, this is the one I believe worked the best. When I’m squeezing the Grenadier grips, I can effectively isolate your radial & ulnar nerves by changing the weight-grip distribution across my fingers. I use them mostly for pulling and raising/lifting movements with bars, barbells, dbells, and even ropes. They get uncomfortable with shoulder/chest presses, definitely not for parallel dips.

Work as well as they look
They fit perfect on a pair of Core Fitness adjustable dumbbells. Only grips I have ever purchased so I can't say that they work better than others, but I can say they look hella cooler than any other grips. Just looking at these bad boys makes me want to blast my arm guns! They are perfect grips to put a bro in BEAST MODE before a guerilla workout!

Worth the money...
These things are definitely worth the money. If you want to change up your lifting, while improving your grip, try them. So many exercise-related products cost a bunch and offer big changes, but fall flat. These grips are the opposite, they cost very little and help so much.

great addition to your workout
Purchased these for my husband for father's day and he loves them. He's had to go down in weight for some of his exercises bc these have made them more difficult. I've tried them out and you can feel huge difference in your forearms/biceps. Only downside is I can see these not fitting every weight, but if you're using standard dumbbells, bars you should be good.

Fit perfectly, look awesome
These are great and fit my oly bar perfectly. I got these to improve blood flow to my fingers by stimulating my forearms. My hands get cold as sh*t in the winter, so these are helping a lot.

Interesting different feel. Really works to strengthen grip. ...
Interesting different feel. Really works to strengthen grip. I use in farmer carry. I alternate with more standard fat grip. They could be a little more oblong. They don't engage the little finger and I have small hands.

GRENADE!
I was a serious grip trainer from 2001 to 2010. After a serious accident, I've decided to take it back up for the sake of keeping fit and adding to girth to my now skinny forearms. I bought these with the intention of adding thickness and challenge to my regular spinlock dumbbells. I've hardly ever used a standard 1 inch bar. Instead I've worked with 2 inch thick bar (barbell) and a custom made 3" olympic dumbbell made of of thick rubber. These Grenadier grips would resemble the Baseball grip style which I use (baseball, hook, chain> kettlebell). Though I did fear that these would be small, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are almost identical in size to a baseball (see pic). Using them on my standard 1" dumbell gives a moderate challenge and a different feat for the fingers in contrast to 2" or 3" thickbar. Certainly not as challenging as the 3" inch, but it's something different for variation as the finger wrap around the globe. My concern was that these don't hold securely on a standard 1". There's a gap which causes them to be loose. To counter this, I put a big clump of BluTak between the grips and the bar which has held it secure. I imagine they would be a perfect fir for Olympic bars which are slightly wider than 1".The sheer weight of the rubber is impressive and coupled with the fancy storage bag, these represent fantastic bang for buck. They could sell easily for £30 at this quality. The 'pineapple' grenade texture looks great and really captures the theme, however I do feel like there is too much grip assistance in this surface which detracts from the grip effort that need to put in. It would be a detriment to the theme somewhat, but I feel these should be a lot smoother to increase the challenge. Perhaps that's something to consider to an alternative model?Overall, I'm really pleased. For the price you really can't go wrong with these. I'm sitting here with a spare second one too, since I'm only using one on a dumbell. You could go halves with a friend - one each and it would be even more cost effective!

Great for building hand grip!
In my quest to build on my gripping strength I came across these & after doing some research decided to buy (great price too!) I use Fat Gripz in my training & now have these, which really do work the hand & fingers due to its shape. I can imagine my grip strength will increase vastly over the next six plus months. Word of caution though to anyone thinking of buying these for bicep growth - these are more suitable for training your hands/forearms & if you go heavy you may tear your biceps from unnecessary loading to fast. If you wanna hit your biceps safer use Fat Gripz. 10/10 product at great price & really effective at making your hands work harder! Come in a little camo pouch which is quite handy for keeping them clean & together in your gym bag.

A waste of money
These grips kept turning round on the pull up bar,so making me feel not very secure while doing pull ups.the round shape is just a gimmick and not not proven like the fat grips or alpha grips from iron bull.a total waste of my money.i didn't even bother to return them.i just threw em in the bin.and I will stick to the normal cylindrical shaped fat grips for my pull ups.at least the fat grips do what it says and build strength.not like these round gimmicky things...rubbish

Excellent and useful fat bar grips
I purchased these grips both to improve strength and musculature of the hands and forearms, both to reduce discomfort in the shoulders, elbows and wrists in some exercises. From the first training sessions, I have seen that ectually work for this purpose. In pull ups for example, I noticed that it reduces discomfort to the shoulders and wrists. Even in the biceps curls, wrists assume a more comfortable position, and at the same time hands and forearms are most stressed. Of course, in many exercises in which you want to use the grenadier grips, you have to lower the weight, in order not to lose his grip. Recommended in all exercises for biceps and triceps and pill ups, I found useful even in these grips overhead shoulder press with barbell (recommend to calculate well the weight) and low cable rows.It uses however, can be very many, giving some novelty to your routine. The rubber material of which they are made is very good: it has the right consistency, does not smell, and being shaped grenade, does not slip.Beautiful also the storage bag to carry grips comfortably.I'm really satisfied.

Game Changer
I use these mostly for pull ups and lateral pull downs. They focus more effort on my grip and I can feel my forearms and wrists having to use more effort.Really good quality product and I thoroughly recommend
