This is an excellent product from an excellent company......I have used many of their other products for over two decades......they used to be located in my town but moved some years ago......having said all that, many folks who buy this herb from this company or other companies don't seem to have any reasonable understanding of how medicinal botanicals work......this product is really only effective as a preventative or as a curative for a chronic condition....it generally won't work for an acute situation such as a kidney stone "attack".....personally, I use this herb to alleviate a slightly sluggish gall bladder........if I had a kidney stone "attack", I'd drink 4 oz. of Classic Coke every 30 minutes (no more; no less; with nothing else) which is a cure I learned from an MD many moons ago......I actually have friends who did this with great results......sounds weird but we all remember putting the penny or nail in a coke in grade school......if it will dissolve a nail, I bet it will dissolve a kidney stone......I wouldn't touch a soft drink otherwise....

I'm still trying to figure out if this herb works. I have had daily cramping in the gallbladder area where I am hoping to break up stones so I don't have to have surgery.I also want to see if it has any significant effects in lowering cholesterol ( LDL) I've run the course with statins.I have noticed an increase in appetite and fatigue. It has the side effect of lowering of the blood sugar which could bring on this response. I already have low blood pressure.

This is an amazing product! I just passed an 8mm kidney stone with very little discomfort. The urologist did not believe I could pass it and insisted on me booking surgery. The first signs that it was working were when I started passing "gravel" - parts of the stone that were like grains of sand. Then the stone passed about a week later. I was thrilled to cancel the surgery. When I knew I had a kidney stone - confirmed with a CAT scan - I took 6 capsules per day of Chanca Piedra - 3 in am & 3 in pm. I will now continue to take it as a maintenance dose of 1 in the am & 1 in the pm.

Bought it for my wife. has not had a problem since. Good product.

I was not able to take this. Had terrible vivid dreams and fitful sleep that stopped once I stopped them

Seems to be a good product. Pain has been reduced for my husband although he has not passed the stones he has. But it has kept him out of the hospital!

If you have kidney stones, you should take chanca piedra.I feel great now, also my mother is taking it and she loves it.

Didn't really help much. Required surgical intervention even after taking a full bottle of these.
