I’m really impressed with this product. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I can already feel the benefits.

The capsules are not too large. I have had no issues with swallowing them. Also, there are very few ingredients so not an issue with my allergies. I have only been taking them for about a week, and I have lost six pounds! I didn’t change anything else about my diet or exercise. This was the only addition. I take one in the morning and one at night. There is nothing to risk with this. The price is reasonable. I have had no side effects. I will definitely be repurchasing. I’m thankful for my friend who recommended this brand.

I’m taking cinnamon to help manage insulin resistance, and after doing quite a bit of research, I found that Ceylon is the preferred type and that a dosage of around 8000 mg per day is ideal for my needs. I looked into several brands and chose this one based on quality, reviews, and value — and I’m glad I did.I’ve tried another brand in the past that caused some really unpleasant cinnamon reflux, but I haven’t had that issue at all with this one. It goes down easily and hasn’t upset my stomach. I appreciate that I can get the dosage I need without having to take a ton of capsules every day.Overall, a great value for a high-dose, clean Ceylon cinnamon supplement. I’ll definitely continue using this one!

I was dis Eric and have worked hard to become pre diabetic. This helps blood sugars. So your own research on this. But this will always be in my cabinet. Doesn’t taste bad. Easy to go down the throat.

I bought this because my doctor said I had too much protein in my urine. I did research and cinnamon was suggested to lower high protein levels. Guess what? It worked! 3 weeks later it dropped to normal. I'm taking it regularly now. I also love the smell when you open the bottle.

I've been using Ceylon Cinnamon tablets to help regulate my blood sugar for years. This brand is affordable and seems to do the trick. These were just a little cheaper than Walmart prices and they were delivered to my door. I will continue to purchase them
