Yes, you need these for your squats
I’ve been looking for squat wedges to help me reach a good depth and to help me stay in a more upright position while in the squat. The Flexent wedges are the ones that called out to me with the pop in color and overall design. Once they came in, I was very impressed with how sturdy they felt, considering how lightweight they are. It’s good to know that elevating the heels during squats can help to alleviate tightness in the calves and ankles, which I believe allowed me to achieve a deeper squat with better form. These wedges also help target the quads and glutes more effectively, which is great as I am focusing on building those quad muscles. #gainsThe lightweight, portable design of the Flexent wedges makes them easy to incorporate into your routine at the gym, at home, or wherever you do your fitness (they even come with a bag).Overall, these wedges are a smart investment for anyone looking to enhance their exercise experience, to ensure that you are hitting the depth that you want, to build up your quad muscles, and to achieve even better results. No lie, you need these in your routine!

Are you wondering if these will work with a resistance band footplate?
I have two resistance band plates that I use with my X3 Bar system, the plate that came with the X3 Bar and bands, and then I also bought a Harambe footplate as well, so I could not only have a larger, less-crowded area for my feet, but also a 2nd footplate I could use at work (I also bought extra bands to keep at work, and then I just have to haul the actual X3 bar only back & forth to work instead of everything). I use the Harambe footplate at home and the X3 footplate at work. Anyway....These Flexelent Squat Wedges fit perfectly on the Harambe plate, the front and back edges line up with the front and back of it exactly and the little "grip dots" on the bottom of the Wedges sit on the footplate fine and firm. I only use these wedges for one of the moves (Front Squat). I am very secure when I do them on the Harambe footplate; however, when I put these on the X3 Bar footplate, which is smaller, they are too big/long, which I don't think would still actually be a problem, if not for the fact that the four "grip dots" on them are too far forward and backward to sit on the actual footplate (one is like halfway on the very edge while the other one would be totally off the other edge). This actually was not a problem after stepping onto the wedges and doing the exercise, but when I finished and set the bar down, the wedges slipped forward a bit. It's not that big of a deal if it's only after you perform the move, but it's still something to know about. If those grip dots were an inch close to each other on each wedge, it would be fine or if the entire bottom of the wedges were a grip material instead of having the grip dots. One photo shows how the grip dots just aren't quite close enough to each other in order to sit on the X3 footplate evenly. The grip dots may be hard to see because everything is the same color and I didn't have the best lighting available when taking the photos. As for other things to mention, these wedges do not have an odor or stink of vulcanized rubber, chemical, plastic or some other bad material smell; they'll just smell like your shoes or your socks or feet (so pay attention to hygene.) There is plenty of room for my bare feet on these, and there is still enough room if I'm wearing either my barefoot shoes or regular shoes (see other photos). The little embossed triangles on the wedges for gripping onto your feet or socks or shoes do not hurt my feet at all and so far are not uncomfortable in any way, and they keep me in place with no slippage.I have just ordered a smaller set of wedges to use with my X3 Bar footplate since these Flexelent wedges are too big for them. That's fine for me anyway, since I need a pair at home and a pair for work also. For reference:I wear size 10W shoes.X3 Bar footplate is 19 inches long x 9 inches wideHarambe footplate is 23.5 inches long x 11.75 inches wide

Great For Workouts
I’ve had these for years and they are still doing the job! I noticed recently that 2 of the tiny sticky things on the bottom fell off, but it didn’t affect the support at all, these things are so sturdy. It’s been great for doing calf raises on looking for deeper range or any lower body movement trying to target the quads better. These were especially helpful during my ACL recovery process. It comes with a carrying bag which is nice too. Overall happy with the purchase 💯

Good quality.
Good build. Good grip and works well with heavy weights to squat.

Stronger legs…
My sister reccomended that I try using squat wedges to help with my squats. I decided to try the Flexelent wedges and have been using them for the past 2 weeks, and I already see and feel improvements! The angle helps you get your hips in the right position, making it easier to squat deeper without compromising on form. One of the things I love most about these wedges is how portable they are, I can throw them in my gym bag and take them wherever I go – whether it's the gym, to my friends home gym or even just moving them around my own home workout area. They're super lightweight but sturdy enough to handle all the different squatting exercise I like to do. Because it is two separate wedges, I can adjust the width of my stance and I can also turn them outward for sumo squats. If you're serious about improving your squats, try these wedges and you will be happy you added them into to your workouts.

Supportive with decent traction. Works as expected.
I'm a pretty big guy--pushing 300lbs--and this squat wedge completely supports my weight. The traction is actually ok. The rubber material is a little bit slippery but the small triangle patterns they put on it provides adequate traction (if you're wearing sneakers or other athletic footwear). I don't recommend using it barefoot because you might slip off. They're also lightweight and Flexelent gives you a bag to carry the wedges in for when you going to the gym.I'll just add that these wedges are not great for ankle mobility training if that's what you're looking for.

great exercise device
one of the best pieces of equipment I've ever brought for exercise purposes A little pricey though sturdy, stays in place on the ground and enforces best squat form ever. Can be used for calf raises as well. Probably for pushups as well, though haven't tried that yet. As for the squats, nothing better. Even with the price being a little high
