I’m extremely disappointed that the steamer I purchased arrived faulty — leaking from day one due to a hole in the internal tube. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past few months, and repeated promises of a refund or replacement, nothing has been done.This is unacceptable, especially as I purchased additional insurance. I expect immediate resolution — either a full refund or replacement — without any further delay.Handle this professionally and urgently.
