This cover is genuine Blackstone. It's very well made, rubber lined, reinforced corners and waterproof. I've seen other reviews stating minor issues. I've had none. It fits my 28" griddle perfectly.

We’ve had this outdoors for the entire season and it is holding up. It hasn’t come off during storms and seems to do well at protecting the grill. Thickness is appropriate, covers the top of the grill. Good value in my opinion. We also like the buckle to keep it in place. Less of a fuss than tying or have it fly off.

The cover itself is very high quality, appears to keep the griddle dry and fits well. There straps on either side to help hold it to the griddle in strong winds, which seem to work well.The only issue so far is that the griddle pools water in the cover when it rains. Implementing some sort of hard shell into the fabric where the griddle surface sits under the cover would help deflect rainwater and prevent this.Overall, good product, but I suggest getting the metal griddle cover as well if you plan to leave your griddle outside in the rain.

Fits my Blackstone 28" Adventure Ready griddle with 1 side shelf, front shelf and a lid perfectly. I wouldn't touch this with a smaller griddle, though.I read a bunch of the complaints about this and I don't know if people have too many expectations and/or don't know what to do, but I won't see any problems from this. I don't know why they say this fits a smaller one. Maybe if they have 2 shelves maybe it will work. If you are struggling with this, here is some advice (worth every penny):1 - Don't ever have the top flat!!! You have to put something on it to create a high point for water to drain off of. If almost any cloth is flat, it will eventually leak through.2 - Season your griddle!! I've seen some photos of people with bare griddles complaining about rust. RTFM or have you ever heard of YouTube? Seasoning is easy and 100% necessary for any (non stainless) bare metal cookware like cast iron pans or cold rolled steel griddles.3 - Make sure it is dry before you put it away!!4 - Layer your protection. If you aren't going to use the griddle weekly (and who does) then put something waterproof over the griddle itself during the rainy season and put the cover over it. Get a small tarp or even a trash bag. It is best if it hangs way down4 - Move to San Diego! It hardly ever rains and is not humid (LOL)
