It is pretty confusing how this works because it is not from samsungs side. so from samsungs perspective, its like you have a normal warranty. I have contacted amazon about this and they said that when you need to make a warranty claim with samsung, you need to include the invoice as proof of the care+ warranty. And if samsung refuses to fix it, they will fix it themselves or refund you. Overall, you wont find anything as good as this in this price and it's a great all rounder tablet.

It's a good product. I got it immediately, though no charger, but it's good. I'm still not used in samsung but I was having fun writing using the free s-pen, because it's so smooth, it's like I'm writing in a paper, and I am using my tablet for entertainment purpose and planning or organizing my schedule and sometimes for work. It's so useful! ❤️

Samsung was the original Tablet OEM and they are still holding that roost, very comfortably. Very good tab, overall...though pricing is a bit expensive.

جهاز ممتاز ويستحق الشراء! يناسب الي ما يدورون مواصفات جبارة مع ان مواصفته رهيبة والله، كنت متخوف من الشاشة لانه LCD بس والله رهيبة وافضل من آخر تابلت كان معي، القلم ممتاز وسلس جدا والتابلت نفسه ما يعلق وسريع وهذا اهم شي، استخدمته اسبوعين تقريبا وصلني على فترة اختباراتي وكرفته كرف ولا زلت اكرفه😂 ممتاز ممتاز ممتاز للمذاكرة والتلخيص السريع مع القلم حرفيا وفر لي زيادة عن نص الوقت الي كنت اقضيه اكتب على اللاب توب او الجوال، بطاريته ممتازه جدا، على حسب استخدامي لها تكفيني يوم ونص تقريبا قبل لا ارجع اشحن الجهاز من جديد، ويوم ونص كثيييير هذا وانا جالس اكتب فيه واراجع فيه بالساعات فما بالك لو خف الاستخدام في اليوم؟ اكيد بيطول زياده شحنه.... بالمختصر اذا حاب تاخذ جهاز على الميزانية وبأداء مقبول او اكثر من مقبول بالنسبة لي، هذا الجهاز لك! توكل على الله وخذه، وسامسونج عاد شركة معروفة بمنتجاتها ما عليها غبار.... بالنسبة للالعاب ما احبها يعني ما ادري كيف اداء الجهاز فيها، الشاشة ممتازة للمشاهدة والصوت عالي جدا، تجربة الرسم فيه ممتازة جدا وراضي عنه.

تابلت اكثر من ممتاز للدراسة والرسم والالعاب، وتقدر تستخدمه كشاشة ثانية على البيسي، وطبعا يدعم windows phone link عشان تنقل ملفات بسرعة، عيبه الوحيد انه مو oled.

I would prefer to have a pen and always prefer SAMSUNG products than others. I use for my study and believe enough that it fulfill my expectations. The battery last for one and half day maximum in normal and light use. The pen is amazing as well as the operating model.
