I thought this was going to just be the cover but turned out to be the whole pillow. My fault for not looking more closely at the details.

I liked the idea however the material is rather flimsy and low quality compared to other pillows. You're supposed to wash the cover and when I pulled it off I was worried I was going to break the mold. Instead of having a zipper it has Velcro which doesn't entirely align, one side is a bit longer than the other side.All in one I wished I had spent a little more money for a better pillow and wished someone had told me about this ahead of time.

I have month old premie twins and have tried three different nursing pillows with them, Boppy, My Brest Friend and this one. This is hands down my favorite of the three. I’m petite and the Brest Friend doesn’t get small enough to fit around me and stay in place high enough to give me the support I need for breastfeeding two small babies. This one does. It puts them in the right spot and keeps them there. My hands are then free to do other things, like eat or get a drink of water. Once my babies are big enough to be latched on and left to themselves the built in cover will come in handy. As it is, for now, when I need to use the pillow where privacy is desired I’ll be using a separate cover that has a stiff neckline so I can see and care for them without struggling with the neckline of this one. The cover doesn’t exactly line up with the Velcro, but no big deal for me, so far.I’m not 100% sure what the little pillow is for. I use it to prop my head on depending on where I am nursing, and I use it to prop my arm higher when only one of my babies needs to nurse. That small pillow does a better job for breastfeeding one baby than the Boppy did for my 4 singletons (ranging from 5 and a half to 7 and a half pounds). I wish I’d had this for those single births, especially for the baby that was still small and nursing when I was recovering from whiplash. This pillow would’ve made my recovery go faster and more smoothly. I have two of these now (one for home, one for travel) and it’s the best!
