It's not a waffle maker as advertised!
This is not a waffle maker like it says, it is a sandwich maker. Nowhere on the box or instructions does it say a waffle maker. I tried it with waffles anyhow and they would not get crisp, just stayed soft and did not brown! I got a refund!!

Needs a little re-design!!
Price is right for a less expensive waffle/chaffle iron, but disadvantage is there is no silicone seal between the bottom plate and the bottom housing so if your making egg and cheese chaffles oil is going to run between the the lower plate and bottom housing and there is no way to clean that out except for disassembly which is not recommended!!! A little more engineering slightly larger diameter heating plates and a seal would have made this a great little waffle/chaffle iron.
