it took me just couple of seconds and it connected. plus looks like app can control a lot of devices so going to check what else do they have. Build quality is superb, I'm really surprised as I didn't expect such a quality of device and ios application.Haven't yet connected to Alexa and hope it's not going to be a problem. BTW the size is right as well

I have a few smart plugs in my home and I struggled with some connectivity issues on them at times. When I first connected this one everything went according to the instruction manual with no issues. Now that it has been connected for a few weeks I have to say I haven't had any instances where it has disconnected itself like a couple of my other smart plugs have done before. It seems very reliable and works great with Alexa. As with all of these smart plugs, just be sure you're aware of the amps being pulled by the plug so you don't mess anything up! (the plug or the device you're plugging in)I'm not sure how you get around it, but I feel like most of these smart plugs are a big too large and make it difficult to plug other things in, this one is no exception. it's possible to plug something else in to the same outlet, it's just a little annoying because it's a tight fit.Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and will absolutely buy more of these whenever the need arises!

I specifically purchased this device, because I was looking for not only a way to switch the A/C power, but also the USB outlets (which I was hoping to plug my WyseCams into so that I could remotely power cycle them if need be).Imagine my disappointment when, after setting up the device, to discover that the USB ports - despite what their "Features" description states ("4. 1 channels AC power supply and 2 channel x 2.1A USB port, turn on/off AC channel and USB channel at the same time controlled by APP and Alexa home;") - DO NOT SHUT OFF along with the A/C !! Obviously, the description needs fixing - or perhaps the device?

It took a while for me to set it up, but once I figured it out, it works good. The only problem I have is that the lamp blinks on and off about every 10 minutes. I wish I could fix the problem, but have found no answers on the Web. Anyone have any thoughts?

The outlet works well, but the USB ports cannot be controlled. They are always on, which is disappointing. It is compatible with the "smart life" app, which is a plus.

Works as advertised. Setup took a couple tries with the app but after it was fully connected it synced up to google assistant with no issues. Was a bit bigger than expected, but the two (one grounded) power slots and 2 usb ports are nice. Unit only works with 2.4ghz wifi only btw.
