I work full time at a call center. I love this headset! I actually get people on the other line telling me I sound very clear and loud which is very important. No one can seem to hear any of the background noise when I’m working. The sound quality on my end is always good and for the most part people sound very clear. It holds a charge for a long time but once it gives you a low battery warning you need to charge it within the next 10 minutes. I’ve had a couple issues with my Bluetooth not connecting but It’s only happened a few times and it usually fixes itself. Otherwise I’m very happy with this headset I recommend it to all my coworkers

Very clear both speaker and microphone. Noise canceling works well and the mute button on the mic is definitely handy because you don't have to fumble arounf the earpiece to find the correct button. It charges fast and lasts me several days and I am a heavy user, so battery life is superior compared to others I have tried. It adjusts to any head size and is comfortable once you get it set for your head. I have recommended this headset to other people because of it's flawless performance.

audio quality is very good, loud and clear, noise cancellation is also very good, battery life is very good, blue tooth pair is easy, 2nd pair already.

I like that the microphone doesn’t come close to my lips it gives me room to eat and drink I bought these headphones because someone stole my other set and I’m a trucker so I desperately need a pair of headphones my on is is the volume can be a little louder for music purposes! The bass is better and the mic position compared to my older set

For my hearing this doesn't work well as it sounds muffled. Function and battery life however are good.

Ok, so it looks like your a phone operator, but it works like a charm. OUTSTANDING battery life, lightweight, fits my big head, very easy to use. It's great sound clarity and I don't get complaints from people I'm talking to, even with the windows down the mic works great. The part that sits on your ear is soft and comfortable. I would buy this again, hands down.

Good Piece

I have been using this headset for at least 2 months now and all I can say is WOW! I typically do not do product reviews unless the product is horrible or, as in this case… the product is amazing. I tried several other brands and threw 1 away (couldn’t return it because it somehow ended up out the window) and 2 others returned. I needed something comfortable and effective that can work in a Jeep going down the road. This is by far, the best solution. Not only does the microphone filter out the noise (there’s a lot) to a point people can actually hear me and, I can hear them. They are even comfortable while not blocking out noises I need to hear (typically something breaking). And so far, on top of all of the positive points, I am amazed at the battery life AND COST. That is why I say WOW. Now, if only I can find products for making the interior of my jeep quieter.
