These tiny capsules last up to 24 hours - For someone with terrible heartburn, I can confirm that these are brilliant, my stomach acid is very well controlled after using this product, especially when I consume things that would usually give me heartburn. Good price, I usually subscribe to these.

Amazing And Wonderfully Tiny Capsules
I have really bad GERD and finally decided I need to take a PPI even if I don't like the idea. I bought a store brand of these that was a couple quid less, and felt they didn't do anything for me. A month or so later, I decided to try again and ordered these here on Amazon. I was shocked when I began feeling better after only 1 pill. It is the same ingredient as the generic ones so I don't get this. I also love the tiny size of these.
