Soooo love this little tree. Ilthe remote works a good distance away mine is about 6 feet away give or take and no issue at all.2 things to note if you want to plug it in you will need a USB adapter plug unless you have a USB outlet and something I did to keep it from sliding around is we had some extra cupboard bumpers I used as feet on the bottom of it. It stopped it sliding all around. Those are minor things and things I don't think remove a star.It works wonderfully.

Got this for my mom for Christmas and she loved it so much! I love that it has many different modes, you can make it a solid color any color you want and also make it fade into different colors , runs on batteries or you can just plug it to the wall
