I’ve been using this product for about a year and absolutely love it! It mixes very well, which is always a concern with protein powders. This is the best bone broth product I've used; I've purchased this 5 times over the course of a couple years. I don't drink it every day, although I easily could (and probably should). It's hydrolyzed, which makes it easily dissolvable in water. There is a slight marrow flavor, so it may take some getting used to if you're trying to put it into a morning beverage like coffee. It is a really great additive for soup or anything savory, and drinking it hot on its own with a pinch of salt is also very nice. My personal noted effects include stronger finger nails (and I imagine bone/joint health with how I feel), increased acuity/brain function, overall energy boost and a few mild positive effects related to the bedroom. It's probably not going to change your life dramatically, but in my case it provided enough noticeable results to warrant continual, consecutive purchases.

Just blend it well and it melts right in, making a nice smooth sauce for cooking, or delicious added flavor and nutrients for an broth. 4.This is a quality bone broth powder and is low in sodium which Is really important to me. I am happy with the quality, taste, and delivery! Definitely will buy again!

20 g of protein with just one heeping spoonful. I drink and a juice glass of cold water every morning absolutely no flavor at all and again 20 grams . Plus with the added collagen that helps my joints hair and skin.

Yes, it’s UNFLAVORED but not TASTELESS. You can’t use this in baking, it has too strong of a metallic taste. I can only use it in my coffee to cover up the taste. I wish their flavored options were still high in protein like this one.

No Sugar, no stomach discomfort, no clumpiness. I got this on advice of my doctor for joints and strength. I do not like that it doesn't have any salt (even no-salt) in it. Very bland. I put it in protein shakes and am able to use it.
